Location good , All staff friendly and accommodating, We come to Branson 2-3 times a year and usually have stayed at the same hotel each time , but decided to change hotels this time because staff of that hotel was never accommodating or friendly, so I thought with all the hotels in Branson why would we stay at a hotel that doesn’t care if we’re there or not ! Glad we found your hotel ! We will be staying there from now on when we visit Branson !!!!

Only thing I didn’t like was tv didn’t have much volume even on high ( had to call front desk to send someone down with master remote to turn it up) The front desk did come immediately to do that, for breakfast I wish you would at least offer sausage or bacon each morning, (biscuits and gravy were just so so )

Staff are amazing. Kelly and Ashley were super sweet, friendly, and helpful. The housekeeping team did a good job. They changed the towels and cleaned the rooms daily. The pool was clean and fenced, which is amazing for the safety of kids. They had very strong and fast wifi, ice machine, swimming towel to use at the pool area, lots of parking spaces, and play areas for kids. The yard was contany kept clean. The location is 10/10 because it's close to everything fun in Branson, Mo, yet isolated from all the noise in the town.

The room smelt heavily like smoke even though it was marked as non-smoking. So I guess whoever checked out from that room didn't follow the rules.

Everyone was so nice and helpful the entire stay! Front desk staff were so so sweet! Cleaning staff were very helpful as well and super nice! There were lots of reviews that were negative but honestly that was probably a customer attitude problem because these lovely people at this hotel were very friendly. There room was very clean; bed was very comfy and the pool was clear and cold! Perfect for a hot day! PLUS it’s very affordable! Bang for your buck! Love it here and will definitely come back!

The only issue would be not having a microwave in the room but there is one on site if you absolutely need it!

We requested first floor rooms on the pool side and they were able to accommodate us. The bonus was that the two rooms we booked were right next to each other. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool. It was clean and clear. Breakfast had a lot of variety to get your day started. It wasn't fancy, toast, bagels, muffins, cold cereal and instant oatmeal but it was all fresh and filling. The biscuits and gravy delicious! As far as location goes, we were able to get to anywhere we wanted to go without too much trouble. The hotel itself was pretty quiet. The hotel is not glamorous, but the rooms very clean and comfortable. The A/C worked very well. The staff were friendly and helpful. All in all, we would definitely stay there again.

I don't have any complaints.

We love the "mom and pop" feeling. The receptionist recognized our son and granddaughters visit the week before and that made us feel welcome and that their stay was recognized. This was our second stay, our son's first week and he loved it as well. Not overcrowded and clean. Both times I came into the rooms, I said, this reminds me of vacation with mom and dad (a treasure).

The air conditioning wasn't really cold but was fine. The chairs are a bit hard when you set in them, so if I changed something, those would be the things I looked at. Not enough to keep us from returning, we will :)

The location was great, tucked back away from the hustle and bustle of the strip, but access to the strip is easy! I thought it was great that we were able to switch rooms when the mini fridge wasn't working in our original room. We were comfortable and were able to get some rest after a long day at Silver Dollar City. We'd return to this location for sure. We ended up not getting breakfast during our stay, but I definitely liked that they offered it, that can be a deal breaker for properties.

We wished there was a staircase facing the north side of the building as it was a treck getting from the car, to the stairs then to our room but it didn't impact our stay all that much. The kiddos were disappointed that the swings on the little playground were broken, but again it didn't really impact our stay too much.

This is your no frills motel. I loved the fact that we could pull up to our door and it was literally 3 feet to walk to the door. The room was big but nothing fancy. The shower was great (a little short for some), but I appreciated the fact they put a bath mat in the tub to keep from slipping. The beds were comfortable. The location was excellent and easy to get to everything we did. The price was fantastic. I would definitely stay there again,.

I would probably change the door locks so you didn't have to use an actual key. We actually accidentally left one of the keys in the door for a few hours one afternoon, which was kind of scary. I would feel more comfortable if they used key cards and that way somebody couldn't "take the key" and you wouldn't be able to leave it in the lock.

We like where it was close to town and not alot of cars coming by

This place needs to do some up dates The toilets are to low,the showers are to low .we was not told they would not change the sheets or make the beds,shower curtains need to be replace looks like black mold on bottom,all the floors was dirty. Curtains on windows need fixed.all house keeping did was do trash and bring in new towels.they need to check the beds.i have alot of red bites on me.the outside is really nice,only 2 handicap place..

Pool was great for the kids and rooms were clean

The queen beds were really comfortable. The location was convenient - no crazy left turns into Branson traffic - there is a stoplight nearby to get you safely to your destination. The price was excellent for the level of comfort.

I’d give the cleaning staff an 8/10. There was grime around the sink faucet and the edges of the room clearly needed a closer vacuum. But the bed and sheets were clean - no bugs, hurray - and very comfortable. The breakfast area is really tiny. It was always full of people. So we took our breakfast to the outside tables in front, but the staff was always there smoking. This made us feel really uncomfortable, and also explained perhaps why no one ever answered the phone before our visit - they were likely outside. Despite these inconveniences, we would stay here again due to the comfortable beds and the price.
