1st the check in took awhile as our room was not ready , The front desk was as spectacular 👌 Melyssa did everything to make our trip as it should be, Melissa went out of her way and was the nicest she could be, They have 2 pools indoors and outdoor, we used neither this trip as we only stayed one night, we brought our dog 🐕 and Melissa gave our dog a doggy bag 🎒 not had that done before, this was our 3rd stay and very enjoyable 😀

1st our room was not ready but we checked in early, Melissa got us checked in around 3pm check-in is 4pm ; 2nd the morning breakfast was packed , not anyone's fault, we left came back 30 minutes later and all went well,

Location right on the strip. Pool and hot tub outside and inside. They keep it open late too so if you are out and about you still have time to hang out in the water. Staff was kind everytime we interacted. Breakfast was good! Waffles, bisquits and Gravy, sausage and eggs. Also had cereal yogurt, and the usual stuff. I loved that the staff served the people the hot plate. They didn't limit times you can get it, but it was so smart in regulating amounts and knowing when the food was low. I go to hotels a lot, and when people can get it all themselves, it is a sh!t show. A single person loads their plate with 8 biscuits and 10 sausage links. Now it's gone for everyone else, and will likely go in the trash. Adults clearly still need parented a little when they can grab whatever they want without any limits. It's sad. Thank you for doing that. Reduced a lot of chaos.

I don't have any complaints. I would stay here again.

food and staff were very kind from the check in to the cleaning and maintenance staff..rooms were clean..pools and hot tubs were at perfect temperatures…pools were clean and never over crowded…location is hard to get in and out of but we knew that going in and being off of the strip…would definitely return

The breakfast area was overly crowded all 3 mornings…all the buildings go to one area…nowhere to sit and the lines are everywhere…you literally could hardly move around each other…we had family going early and some stragglers closer to the end of breakfast feeling this way so it’s not just certain times,the area is just too small for the amount of guests

I loved the location. Me and the fam enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs. The free hot breakfast was tasty. The staff was nice and very helpful in helping us book tickets for shows. My son loved the game room.

I booked 2 rooms. My room was great, very clean. Very comfortable, very cozy. However, the room I booked for my parents, it had a few issues. There was a stale smell in the room. The commode wouldn't flush, but we called maintenance, came down, and they fixed it, no problem. The sink faucet leaked, and the shower had very little water pressure. Despite the issue they still enjoyed their stay and we would recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed the location. The staff were friendly and helpful. Everyone always had a smile on their faces. I am very pleased with my stay at this location. I will stay here again next time I am in town.

The breakfast could have been better. We only ate on site once due to the quality of the food. The biscuits were hard and chewy. That was pretty disappointing. As well as the heated pool indoors was not heated. Outside of the control of the hotel was the street noise from the motorcycles. We were pretty close to the street and it did keep my son awake; but that again is outside of the control of the hotel - wish we could have been a little further away from the road with having a young child, but it’s okay. Aside from those few things though, everything else was wonderful.

Like the cleanliness of the rooms, the hallways I like the fact that it had an indoor pool and a indoor hot tub and it was clean, and the fact that they had an outdoor swimming pool that was cleaned and heated. The staff was very nice. I will definitely be back to this place again on my next vacation to Branson. This is my go to place to stay.

There was absolutely nothing that I could say I did not like I liked everything

I booked this hotel for the price. What I didn't realize is how close it was to all of the attractions. The Clay Cooper Theater is across the street, Titanic is nextdoor and Behind the Lens. A lot of attractions are within walking distance. In the lobby you can get tickets to all of the attractions through I Branson (Tripium). Very convenient. The breakfast was very good. This was a wonderful experience.

That we stayed during baseball and softball tournament, so we had drunk parents at the pool 1 night, kids at the pool unattended (no parent) yes sign says 14 and up...in all everything was good except the dates that I CHOSE...

I love that they have an indoor and outdoor pool! I love the breakfast included, breakfast was amazing each morning! I love the staff. They are friendly and informative. I love how clean the rooms and property are..I love that BW is in the middle of the strip and you can literally park your car and walk everywhere on the strip. I stay at best western every time I visit Branson!

Very kind, inviting, helpful and genuine people working there. Very easy to utilize the concierge to book activities. Breakfast was nicely stocked and well managed. Pool looked very fun, but we didn't get to use it.

Pretty small room, but we really only used it to sleep so it was fine. Could have been cleaner, but again not horrible. There was a crack in the seem between the floor and wall into the next room which was a bit strange.
