It was close to the attractions and decent restaurants in the area got used to driving around after awhile and it was pretty much right near everything we needed. Not far from the Branson landing.

Few things some are outside the hotels power. It would of been nice to have more variety for breakfast the days we checked out the breakfast it was just biscuits and gravy cereal and waffles. I wish they would have had some eggs or something else to offer a little more variety. The one thing that made the trip unpleasant and this is outside the hotels control 4 am the neighboring room had a domestic disturbance where a man was banging on the door cussing and threatening the woman inside I had to call 911 also there was a guy walking around the parking lot asking everyone for rides. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

The front desk staff were very nice and welcoming. They helped immediately when we asked for extra soap and shampoo. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The towels were super soft. There are two pools, one inside an atrium with large windows and an outdoor pool. Both were clean and well maintained. The building looks historic and not at all like a corporate or chain hotel, so it was fun and immersive to stay here. We loved it!

Continental breakfast sausage

Patricia at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. She helped me upgrade my room accommodations, which helped make our overall stay more pleasant. The hot breakfast started our days off in the right way. Waffles and fresh fruit and yogurt - yummy! Upgraded room with jetted tub was much appreciated. Especially after a long, hot day wandering through Silver Dollar City. Hot soak was just what the body needed. We will definitely return here.

We tried to get an early check in and told we needed to wait. That was ok. Got to the room to find it had to be cleaned yet. Called the desk, and Patricia immediately got housekeeping on the job immediately- thank goodness. We only needed to wait an extra 20 minutes to get into our clean comfortable room.

The location is great. My wife and I love staying on Sheppard of the hills expressway. The room was nice and clean. It was a very busy time there was alot of noise in hallways but its summer and kids deserve to have fun also.

Outside is dated and needs a coat of paint. The breakfast needs a major overhaul or just discontinued. There was no where near enough food and what was there was picked over. Other than that it was a great stay

We were just passing through on our way to South Padre Island, TX, so overall the location was good, breakfast was really good and it gave us all a chance to fill our bellies before driving another 12 hours. We got in late, around 9pm and were exhausted after driving about 9 hours. Room was clean and beds were very comfy. Staff were super friendly!

Little out dated, but appears to be recently taken over Wyndham and it looks like they are starting renovations possibly. Coffee in breakfast area wasn’t working, but wasn’t a deal breaker and could have half and half and actually coffee creamer there.

Your breakfast was not very good gravy was like water no eggs no sausage if you are going to have a free breakfast you need to have a lot more than gravy and biscuits and waffles and the gravy was terrible the biscuits were okay but you need to have eggs and sausage or bacon to complete your breakfast if not it's not very good

The bed was super comfy, the jetted tub was excellent, the breakfast was alright. Would have been better if they offered yogurt, bagels, etc.

I didn't like the fact that the bedspread had stains all over it as well as the carpet. I was afraid to walk on the carpet barefoot. Carpet could definitely use a carpet cleaner since I know replacing the carpet in every room is expensive.

Overall a great deal. We paid $50 a night when we went and our family of 8 all agreed the beds were some of the most comfortable we had ever had anywhere! The rooms were very spacious and clean! Location is great, you don’t have to go through all the crazy traffic either! The hot breakfast was a bonus for the price. It had all the same options as every hotel with a free hot breakfast. We didn’t try out the indoor pool, but it looked nice!

The stairs needed some major attention! Hadn’t been cleaned in some time :/

The location was ideal. The staff was able to change our accommodations so we wouldn’t have to navigate the stairs. We were able to bring our pup for a nominal fee. The coffee was the best.

Maybe some slip resistant paint additive around the pool. A little girl went to enter the pool and slid and fell on her hip. She wasn’t goofing off or anything. I just thought it was slippery.

That they were pet friendly and the staff was amazing to us ...

Think the carpet should be pulled up and tile down if its pet friendly cause the carpet smelled like pee
