Staff, accommodations and assistance with general things, parking, location, aesthetic of building and facilities (though it could use some renovation/sprucing up. Loved that there are games and toys available at lobby, Mr Chris was always there and always helpful, the lobby was comfortable and beautiful.

Parking was excellent and easy, though on Saturday, parking was a little tight. Sometimes there were several guest hanging around in the hallways, corridors, and stairwells. This was a little annoying and worrying. It would be nice if there was a designated area for loitering and hanging out, instead of in stairwells and right outside our hotel room doors. Also we found a couple roaches and a flea in the room.

The location was very good! It was super close to the strip but could access things going the back way , which made getting to places quicker and less stressful! I didn't have to deal w/ traffic at all! There was breakfast that was includrd in the price and daily housekeeping service ( which is almost unheard of these days) The resorts do not offer that.

This hotel was an overall great value. Certain things are slightly dated but for the price you get awesome location, breakfast, cable, wifi, etc and a very nice staff!

My husband is handicapped and the room was well set up to accommodate him. All of the appliances worked and the refrigerator with freezer was the perfect size.

The parking lot was being resurfaced and it was difficult getting to our room on the first night of our stay and the smell was strong all night. The resurfacing job was well done.

The rooms were clean. The staff was very helpful. The housekeeper realized we were a group of women, so she gave us extra towels, soap, shampoo, and lotions! The groundskeeper was very polite and helped us at breakfast, showing us where everything was located! The location is great, off the main strip, making it easier to go in and out, but not so far away that it took time away from the fun.

The coffee maker worked, but decafe was actually regular coffee! The dining area was large, but the coffee and juice area were a little tight. I can't complain even about this! The breakfast was great, scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, waffles, cereal, coffee, and juice!

The breakfast was good (scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, cereal, waffle maker, juice & coffee) but there was no meat (no bacon, ham nor sausage). The location was convenient and easy to get into & out of.

I didn't like the fact that this motel doesn't have an ice machine. The staff did offer ice out of their freezer in the office...one ice bucket at a time.

We from South Africa. We really enjoy the friendly people the beautifully town and this accommodation. Will go there again.

Would love a kettle and mugs in the room. Need some maintenance. Taps don't work properly . We did mention it to the friendly staff.

Location was perfect for us, right near the Sight and Sound Theatre. Parking was great. We could view our car from the front window.Comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff every day. Hot Breakfast was adequate.

The bathroom could use some updates but the shower was very easy to operate and with a large showerhead and excellent pressure, really felt great! Also in the entrance, it was hard to hang our clothes on the clothes rack because it was in an awkward spot.

Staff was really friendly. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Ac worked great, it would freeze you out. You can't beat the price for what the room is.

Ac had a musky smell. Hot water pressure fluctuated during morning showers.

I did not like that house keeping was dressed in barely any clothes. I also did not like that I had the do not disturb sign on the door handle outside while I was working on my school work online and the housekeeper still knocked and as soon as I opened the door was loud and barged right in and also had one of those mini shot bottles of alcohol sticking out of her bra that had been opened!

I have a child with autism that wets the bed frequently. I left a note for the housekeeper and she washed the blankets in a time effective manner. The owner and staff are very friendly and you can tell they want this hotel to succeed. I like the location and it is close to the main strip where all museums are located. Travel time to most museums were 5-7 minutes as well as diners to eat.

I have zero complaints. I truly enjoyed my stay here!
