This was my first time staying here and I found the property was very clean and the beds comfortable. The manager checked me in and seemed to take an interest in me and my travel habits to the area. He encouraged me to contact him directly rather than go through a third party to book.

I always look to see when I check in if the motel has preheated or cooled the room for me, it didn’t happen. Even though the bed was very comfortable, it was not as tall as other beds, I wished it was taller. In keeping with most motels in Branson, the floors were tiled. It took awhile for them to warm up as 5hey were cold, but then I walk barefoot in the room. Overall, this isn’t enough negative for me to not book here again. Will definitely stay again.

the property was clean and located to our needs. the staff was very pleasant and accommodating, the breakfast was very good and we had plenty to choose from.

The only thing we didn’t like was the stains on our carpeting.

Really like this motel and usually they have us towards the front but had us more than half way down the hall .it was really hard on 2 old ladies to walk it every time for 4 days .unless next yr if we can talk to them and get closer I'll have to find some where else..they said they were out of handicap rooms .

Everything was good except for 2 ladies in late 70s it was to far to walk .the last 2 yrs we have been close to the front

The breakfast was what we expected. The location was extremely good. The staff and owners went out of their way to make things positive for us. The floors were sticky and they assisted in us taking care of it and the owners were concerned about it happening.

The owners have not owned the property all that long and are working hard to upgrade it and the grounds outside.

Lots of side item options. Kids loved the fruit cups and powdered eggs. Excellent HBO package. We also appreciate the solitude of the rooms and being left alone. The pool was excellent as well. Loved the large shower with its own light and towel bars over toilet and in shower door. Breakfast and HBO with ice cold AC were definitely the highlights. I wish they had bacon.

The elastic was worn out in the bed sheets so they kept coming off. The hotel needs new sheets. The mattresses were damaged substantially on the bottom side that had been flipped down from being chewed on by a large dog with a prior guest. The toilet rocked in the bathroom. The sausage patties did not taste good.

The person who checked me in was friendly in a real way instead of the fake customer service act most places offer. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. They had the TV channel I wanted to watch. There was an individual package of tissues in the bathroom instead of a box. I liked the soap. The entire room and hallway was very clean. I felt welcome there.

The volume button didn't work on my TV remote...that's the only thing I can come up with.

Staff were friendly & helpful and very clean facility. I have stayed @ this Inn several other times.

No complaints. Would gladly stay again!

Location was great. Staff was friendly. Good price for what was offered.

Pool closed at 10pm. Bathroom had a sliding door instead of an actual door. Front door closes and only way in is back door up stairs.

Breakfast was fair, would of like some fruit, and whole milk

The pool needs repair, alot of concrete on the bottom, and peeling of paint
