Very clean hotel with ample parking. The room was fresh, the bed was very soft and comfortable. The restroom was of decent size with the amenities necessary. The AC unit kept the room very cool and the hotel staff had the AC running before entering the hotel room, which allowed for the room to be pleasant upon arrival.

I don't have anything negative to say about the facilities and our location. However, I was quite taken back when denied a one-hour extension for checkout. In all the years of traveling and staying in many different hotel brands and Hilton brands specifically have I ever been denied a late check out. This time I was. What aggravated me more was when I asked for this extension the short response with zero explanation provided.

The staff starting from the front desk welcome to the sweet lady serving breakfast and our kind housekeeper were all friendly and welcoming. My veteran husband is blind, and staff were all respectful. The breakfast serving lady (wish I would have asked her name) went to him, shook his hand and thanked him for his service while I was making his breakfast. A special ice cream and cobbler from 9-11pm was an awesome bedtime treat! Our King size mattress was fabulous, and I may call and find out the brand!

The indoor pool/ hot tub was a hit especially in the winter. Staff was friendly

We only booked this place because the booking site stated they offered a social hour with ice cream. When we arrived they informed us they do not do it in this season. The pillows definitely need upgraded. They only give you 3 a bed and they are super flat. Breakfast was ok. There wasn’t any hot items except pancakes and the machine broke down after we used it one time and they were unable to fix it.

We checked in about 7:30 p.m.; the front desk clerk (Lacey) was very welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and well maintained; we were comfortable. But next morning’s breakfast—that was exceptional compared to most hotels(they should give the cook a raise)!

The building is a little hard to find, but it was worth it (we felt safer not being right on the strip). The first floor coffee area could have been cleaner, and maybe a more prominent sign indicating that the dining area is on the third floor (they had one, but it’s not very noticeable. The signs in the elevator don’t help if your room is on the first floor). But overall, it was a good place to stay and we’d choose it again.

We liked it was easy that our room was on lower level and close to the exit door and it was nice. The breakfast was decent and they had a late night snack time which was cool. And it was in a decent spot for what we needed to do while there!!

Could have been a better price since they were doing remodeling that we had to deal with workers at that time being everywhere. The hot tub in with the swimming pool area smelled like dirty clothes that has sat in the washer for awhile. They need a new waffle maker for breakfast as that one sticks really bad and looks old and burnt.

Everything was clean and well kept.

My only complaint was the the photos online had me under the impression the room would be larger than it actually was. And there were no microwaves in the room. When staying for long periods of time, guests are more likely to stay again if they have some amenities at their fingertips rather than having to leave to find one. Other than that, I really have no dislikes about the property. Those are just some personal things I thought about. I had to really think to find anything negative to say about the property, and still I don’t feel those two things were negative.

Breakfast was wonderful, ice cream at night was a highlight for kiddo, staff was friendly and helpful, less then 10 minutes from all the attractions, and the pool/hot tub were nice for relaxing. Our room was clean but the carpet and chairs were worn/stained (to be expected for the price really)

The beds were far from cloudlike, I'm not sure what kind of clouds these other people have been sleeping on, they're definitely your standard hard/cheap hotel mattress. The breakfast area gets really crowded but I'm not sure how they can fix that with the space they have.

The room was very clean, the bed was like sleeping on clouds it was so soft and comfortable, the staff was very friendly. Me and my husband went for our honeymoon and would definitely stay there again.

Getting to the pool area was a little sketchy but they were also remodeling so that could have been a part of that. Parking was also a little confusing but once we figured it out, it wasn't an issue. We were in a suite on the end and the room next to us had the TV on loud til late but nothing to ruin an experience over.

Immaculately clean. Friendly and helpful staff. They exceeded my expectations. My son was in a minor car accident while there, and they went above and beyond to assist is with an issue stemming from that minor car accident. Highly recommend. I will be making this our hotel every month when we come up.

There was nothing that I didn't like. Everything and everyone was exceptional!

From check in to check out, not a single issue! Staff were all wonderful, room was clean, lots of channels on television, quiet, easy access to vending, ice, stairs and elevator. Multiple vending machines with a good selection of snacks and drinks, and they are equipped for credit/debit card transactions. Hot breakfast was good, eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, bagels, yogurt, fruit, juices, etc. Lady tending breakfast also very sweet and kept everything going smoothly.

Mattresses are not very comfortable and only (2) small pillows per bed, no extra pillows readily available.
