We loved the location next to the theater (were there to see "David" production and walked to avoid parking hassles. The hotel was being renovated and they hustled to get our room finished and furniture in for us when we arrived early. Spanking new room!

LOTS of construction going on that we were not made aware of when the reservation was made. Very few rooms were rentable so while it was nice to not have parking space issues, we were two older women alone in an abandoned back lot and it felt a little creepy. Should have been advised of the construction and vacant building situation prior to reservations. Name change as well - sign had old hotel name so was confusing to locate under the name we were looking for.

The property was clean and well maintained. I could see they are working hard to update the facilities to Wyndham standards. The beds were very comfortable, not too hard, and had spa style white linens that contributed to the peaceful environment. The tv was very nice and large with a big channel selection, microwave and refrigerator in the room, and the breakfast room had the popular selections such as muffins, bagels, cereals along with impressive drink choices and condiments in the cooler. And of course, coffee.😊

If I had to choose something , I would say that when we arrived the room was stuffy and on the humid side since the AC unit had not been running , but this was remedied over time as the the unit ran and the humidity level resolved. The only way this could be improved is to start the unit prior to the guest arriving.

The front desk clerk was very helpful. The original room we got had some water pressure issues and he was able to get us to a new room smoothly and quickly. Could tell that they were doing some updating and looked very nice.

The first night my daughter saw a tarantula which are native to the region but we didn't know that - It scared her but nothing happened. The bed was harder then I would like but my husband loved them.

First, the staff person was friendly, willingly shared the details about restaurants near an event we were attending, and kindly printed tickets required to enter an establishment. Secondly, the clean room had nice amenities for a budget stay, including a refrigerator, microwave, and an appreciated place to sit other than the bed.

The cabinet that held the drawers, clearly had seen better days, but it wasn't a "deal killer" -- it was just an aesthetic matter.

The room was clean, the staff was amazing, the location was perfect, even a dog area with poopie bags but there are also sidewalks on both sides where you can take the dogs for a walk and in the morning there was even some simple breakfast foods available. If we go this direction again, we definitely gonna stay here again.

Now I want one of the pillows we had. Lol

It was close to sight and sound theater and away from all the traffic from w 76th Country Rd but yet really close. Clean room, nice staff, very quiet 😊

Wish it had an iron, but that's ok, and flies are going to be flies, lol, but the flies are so pesky, we kept it cold in our room to keep them away

It was not on the main road but just by The Mansion which is still super close to everything! It was nicely updated and the staff was super friendly. A nice little snack/breakfast bar! Comfy bed, good blackout curtains as well + MAKEUP WIPES AND MAKEUP TOWEL ... if you know you know.

The bathtub seemed like the oldest part of the place.

Location was perfect. easy assess to all of Branson. Room was very clean. Got to park my truck right in front of my room. Very pleased with my stay there and will use this location again.

There is nothing to say here. Everything was excellent.

The whole experience was great there we have been looking for over a year for a hotel we would return to in Branson we have found it. At least 6 times in Branson over the past year.

The rude guest that took more than they needed for breakfast.

Staff was great and the rooms were nice. The price was amazing, and I was pleasantly surprised at the rooms given the price.

The shower didn't work correctly, and the room door doesn't automatically lock so please know that and check and double-check.
