The Breakfast was always GRRREAT! And I loved that the Hotel was just mere MINUTES to everything! The front check in lady was super helpful too. :)

The hotel was pricey. There are a ton of snacks at the front that I think should have no cost on them.... because of the price of the nightly stay. We also asked for the cleaning service every day and we had just one day; we were there 3 nights and 4 days. The cleaning on that day was not much. I was glad to have clean towels, but we had to ask for more tp.

Close and convenient to the RecPlex.

Staff at the front desk was short when asking for an early check in as “they were full due to a wedding party”. Black mold in the shower doors and lots of water spots on the walls of the shower and handle. Looked liked it hadn’t been cleaned. :( Pricy for a one night stay.

Best experience at a Hampton Inn.. the person who checked us in was warm and welcoming, to great rooms and service and breakfast was fantastic. They man who works at the breakfast area was so polite and made our experience wonderful. Thank you Hampton Inn Branson Hills.

The pool water was really cold.

New property. More Ina residential area but with plenty of shops if needed close by such as Walmart, Target, etc. Clean and staff was very helpful

Only complaint was pillows were too soft (but that’s a complaint at every hotel)

It is always so clean. Easy in Easy out. My daughter and I love the complimentary yummy breakfast!!

The shower doors are somewhat yucky. It seems this particular Hampton Inn could use a few upgrades for the price.

Great weekend price for the location. Professional and courteous staff. Plenty of breakfast options. Emelie, the manager on duty, was knowledgeable of her duties and the surrounding area. She was also extremely helpful, not only to myself, but to the employee she was helping train. This will be my go-to hotel for future stays in Branson.

Breakfast could have more variety.

One old bald headed man employee tried to rush us out of breakfast and acted annoyed cause my son spilled milk.

The staff was very accommodating! I had brought my dogs with me, the staff greeted with a friendly smile and even gave treats to my pups!

Breakfast buffet was okay. A water main pipe broke and we were without water for several hours. We were in Branson for our granddaughters wedding. Location was great. Bed was comfortable.

Friendly staff and clean facilities.

Could use some more sound proofing, could hear everything in the halls. Water would be hot then flash to cold and then back. I’d say these are common hotel issues though.
