Although they were working on updates while we were there (new doors on the office and rec room, drainage from our building) the disruption was very minimal and we hardly noticed. The staff were amazing! The pool was really large and the hot tub was huge! The ability to check out board games was a HUGE plus for our family as we love to play them together! This was an amazing stay!

There were some rowdy kids being watched by teens in the rec room, not the facilities fault, but maybe the property could enforce a rule to make it a little more strict with having parents be with their kids when in recreational areas, not just older teens. It did deter my family from comfortably using the facilities. It would be helpful to have clocks on the wall near the pool, that way we can see the time (we disconnected from our devices when we were spending time with the family). The main lighting in the rooms were a little dark, but it was supplemented with other lights, but it still made parts of the bedrooms a little dark.

Amenities: Hot Tub, pool, Tennis court, Pool table, ping ping, foosball, etc Murphy bed!

No free WiFi - MAJOR negative - this must change; even flea bag Motel 6 offers free WiFi; thin walls and flooring - we heard every footstep from above plus rolling luggage; our own place we could hear talking through the walls; free cookies at check in was nice, but next day we were denied a cookie - minor turn down, but it counts against customer service.

The staff was amazing 👏🏾! I literally booked this place because of Rockford Retreat's unprofessional management canceling me day of arrival, after a 4 hour drive. I booked and checked in 10 min later. The staff was sooo warm and welcoming to my family and I. They felt just as bad as I did, a true blessing I walked into. Everything was very clean and spacious. The balcony view was MY FAVORITE. Sun up to sun down I enjoyed that view. We hated to leave so bad but I'll check here first from now on when traveling to Branson. Thank youuu

Excellent location! Our unit was clean, comfortable, and no issues! The front desk staff were super friendly and the property was clean and well maintained. This was our second time staying here and will definitely stay again!

We loved everything. The space, the art, the property, the bed and the cleanliness. The staff was friendly too. It was close to everything.

It was quiet and the rooms were very nice. Much better than staying in a hotel.

Room, balcony, and pool. It was quiet without all the noise.

The stairs were my only complaint but I have bad knees. Also thought there was suppose to be a trash bin at each unit, never found that.
