The property is beautiful. Far enough from the hustle and bustle of "town" while still being close to all the amazing things to do in Branson. Our room was well appointed with antique furniture and comfortable chairs. Breakfast was very good and there were several options to chose from. We sat outside while we ate and watched the birds argue of pieces of waffle the host threw out for them. It was peaceful having our tea and coffee while waiting on our meal. Staff was pleasant and smiling, which is refreshing in today's society. We met and chatted with the other guests as well.

My only issue was with the pool and I am sure it was just either an oversight or the cleaning schedule. There were MANY bugs and other things floating in the water, and it seemed like maybe the skimmers were full? It was still pleasant and we took a quick dip.

The location was wonderful. It was basically ten minutes from anything we wanted to do but but felt quiet and secluded. The bed was comfortable and the room well insulated for sound. We never heard the other guests once we closed our door. Breakfast was delicious and had just enough variety in frnexh toast or crepes or muffins but with a staple of eggs cooked to order and sausage and buisquets and gravy every day. The presentation was lovely and the breakfast room was just right with lots of windows and the morning sun coming in to brighten the room. The other guests and the owners were all pleasant and there was a feeling of comradery and togetherness with everyone there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't change a thing but to have planned a lo get trip.

What a wonderful place with the kindest hosts and the most amazing breakfast all for a great price! I cannot get over the breakfast items... so much food and it was delicious! People were friendly and genuinely enjoyed being there. Even watched birds while eating and saw a deer one day grazing in the yard.

I don't think there was anything I didn't like.

Room was very nice, beautiful B&B, felt very much at home. Loved the porch and the kitty Maddie was very friendly. Breakfast was amazing, managers very friendly and gracious. Will definitely stay again.

The bed was a little too firm, but that's personal preference. Never quite got the hang of the ADA shower, always managed to get water on the floor. Bathroom also storage-challenged, for personal items around the sink area.

We loved the quiet times we were able to have as we watched the birds, squirrels, and chipmunks on the porch. Our hosts were very friendly and we loved the breakfast options we had each day.

We would have liked to have had some towel holders by the sink. The room was one of their smaller rooms but it was satisfactory for our needs.

.The house, the atmosphere, location the pool, the room, breakfast, the open kitchen, no curfew so u cud come and go and use the pool as you pleased and the hosts. This is just the best stay. The hosts are informal but professional. The decor throughout the house and rooms is cozy, elegant and very tastefully thought out. The kitchen is open for you to help yourself to different kinds of teas and coffee with freshly baked cinnamon rolls and cookies too. A wide selection of decorative cups and mugs (not plastic) to choose from and take to your room is a lovely touch. Breakfast is included and delicious too. Definitely going back.

There wasn't anything. The Bradford House Bed & Breakfast is just exceptional.

This place was beautiful and the owners and staff were so friendly! The breakfast was probably the best meal we had in Branson and we had some excellent meals. We would definitely recommend and rebook!

Our breakfast was excellent. We were given options to choose from and each order was individually prepared to our specification. Very nice touch and somewhat unique to our other past B&B experiences.

Wonderful, everything! Bob & Christy & staff were great. Wonderful breakfast each day. Clean, comfortable rooms. Awesome views. Superb location, tucked away, serene, yet close enough to enjoy the Branson sights/strip. Awesome guests each morning, enjoying coffee on the front porch

Needs a little updating, USB charge ports on lamps, ect. Not a ding, had our own chargers. Come earlier in the season to enjoy the pool. Again, not a strike, you're in a lake town!. Loved our stay - can't wait to book again soon

The house was beautiful and clean. It was a wonderful location. It is just enough off the strip that you get a peaceful sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle. We loved the breakfast each morning while the birds chirped around us.
