Very spacious and clean rooms

Nothing now but future is questionable Property was sold to man who owns other hotels in town that are run down and dirty. Not sure what will happen when he takes over in October. Probably our last stay here because the exceptional staff will all be gone and replaced.

What a great facility! It is ideally located off the highway, away from noise, close and convenient to the golf course and to Farmington. Plenty of parking. The public room furnishings include some beautiful old chests and dressers, a lovely addition. The breakfast room is large and sunny; the selection was excellent with a variety of hot and cold choices. The room was spacious and inviting, the bed was very comfortable. The staff and the owner were welcoming and friendly.

The location was close enough to everything without being right in the middle of the chaos. The room was really clean, the beds were comfortable and the pillows were also very nice.

I booked the room because there was a hot tub. When we got to the hotel, the hot tub jets weren't working :(

The breakfast was good! I would have cheese for the eggs and a toaster for bagels and English muffins. Mary was wonderful and a VERY hard worker. She deserves a raise! ❤️

We had a broken towel holder in room 316. We’re not fans of water softeners cuz you never feel clean. The elevator is painfully slow. Otherwise, everything was great and we hope to return someday!

Staff is excellent. However, after October 1, 2025 all current staff will not be there as properly sold to man who is locally known as an awful person to work for and most staff has quit. Won’t go back there anymore

The lady who works in the breakfast area is friendly. There is a good variety of food available for breakfast.

There was hair on our bathroom floor; also, an upgrade could be made as some of the tiles are cracked, and the toilet is very difficult to flush. I am disappointed that after a stay on March 29th, charges are still "pending" on my credit card. It shouldn't take that long.

Location, very clean,very nice view of golf course, good breakfast, comfortable beds, spacious rooms

The staff was ok but didn’t go out of their way to be friendly and attentive. For instance, my husband has obvious mobility problems and the staff didn’t offer any help getting us and our luggage to the room. The dining room attendant was more attentive and friendly.

We enjoyed our time so much, we extended our stay! Crown Point is well maintained and clean. We enjoyed the hottub after a day of work, sitting outside on the patio to relax, and taking in the beautiful scenery! If there was something to improve on, I would say breakfast-- we're not fans of food poured out of a can or carton and warmed! Appreciate the fruit, cereal, yogurt, toast basics though!😉

Staff was top notch, there was a girls high school softball team staying on our floor that were beyond loud & obnoxious...I called the front desk, it immediately stopped and we were able to get to sleep. Also, the lady made the breakfast was excellent.

The fact that we couldn't stay longer.

The location was away from traffic so was relatively quiet. There wasn't a lot of light pollution either which helps with sleeping. Because it caters to the golf community, there weren't a lot of families which I liked for the quiet aspect.

The restaurant is nice but pricey. I'm 5'2 and nearly fell getting out of the shower as the tub side seemed unusually high. I will stay here again but will opt for the walk-in shower room.
