I like that they got better mattresses. When we stayed there a year ago the beds were worn out and sagging. Coffee was really good and the cookies at check in was great. The furnace kept us warm even though it was 13 F outside with a wind chill of 2 below zero. The lobby was decorated nice for Christmas.

The pillows could be fluffier. The breakfast buffet had dried scrambled eggs and the sausage was tiny and tasteless. This was at 6:30 a.m.

The staff was very friendly, and welcoming, especially after driving in late. The rooms were comfortable and breakfast was really good. It's always a bonus to wake up, own your curtains and see a beautiful golf course and lake out your window. Possibly the best hotel shower I've ever used.

I'm 6'1" and actually had to jump to get into the bed. They were so high. And a quick glance underneath made it even worse. There's no way to really clean under the beds. There was old food and trash on the floor, including in the middle of the room.

Very clean and quiet with a nice location at an golf resort, a great self serve breakfast and desserts in the lobby and very friendly staff.

Beautiful setting right on a golf course next to the country club. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The country club next-door has a very unique restaurant with locally sourced food.

There wasn't much to dislike. Our visit was to see our daughter in college and this is a little bit further than the places we've stayed before( about 15 minutes). Continental breakfast was typical, not as good as maybe others that we've stayed out but certainly not the worst. Had the basics.

The beds were plush and thick ! The staff was friendly and accommodating! The hotel was clean!

I did not dislike anything but the food in the restaurant there was not equal to the high price they charged. It may not be affiliated with the hotel. Yet the service in the restaurant was excellent !

The location was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and always ready to meet our needs. We have a grandson at Northwest Missouri State University and when we visit again we will be sure to book this hotel.

The property was very clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The resort is a few miles out of town. Use your navigation tool--especially at night. Like most breakfast bars, gluten-free options lacking.

The hotel is not far from town and very peaceful near a golf course and banquet center. The banquet center also has its own restaurant. The free breakfast was tasty, had variety, and hot options. This was one of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed at in years, and nothing looked dated or worn. The staff was friendly at every encounter.
