We liked that the staff, especially the desk attendant, was so accommodating and attentive to our needs. Their professionalism mixed with their smiles and above-and-beyond care was exceptional. We will return should we go back to Mountain Grove in the future.

I didn't like that we couldn't stay in our original Queen room. My fiance and I are smokers and going out in the cold, windy rain wasn't pleasant, but we understand about utility problems.

Rooms had been remodeled and were clean and property was quiet.

Outside of building made us a little concerned, but it is obvious they are updating after seeing our room. Just needed somewhere clean to sleep before pickup up our new puppy the next day. Room was updated and clean.

Run by a Friendly, hard working proprietor. The room was typical for a motel at this price. I did like the single floor design and the ability to park right outside your room.

The tub filler was loose but there was plenty of hot water. The cold LED lights were harsh and reminiscent of a cheap Asian hotel.

We didn’t eat breakfast there because we met family for breakfast.

I had trouble with the lock but I shared with the owner and he said it would be taken care of. He offered us a different room but we didn’t want to move!

The room was very large, beds were comfy, plenty of pillows, good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Front desk lady was very nice as well. We didn't use the breakfast but it was there.

I liked that i wasnt bothered at all. And i also liked the convenience of being right next to stores and restaurants.

The price... Especially how you're charged for a full 24 hour day even when you come in at 9 or 10pm.... Wasnt real thrilled about paying $170 for a day and a half....

Not far from the highway, large rooms and HOT water which always seems to be a issue when my family is in a hotel. Check in and out was quick and easy since we just needed a nap before driving further.

The ladies were awesome and very sweet! The room was clean. The last night we were there we were using the sink and it had a broken pipe they had a little bucket under it. Water went all over the floor the front desk said we could change us rooms but wasn't going to do that for 8hrs left to be there. They were so kind and awesome!

That the pool wasn't open after a long day.... so disappointing.

The staff was ready and waiting for us when we checked in. We received a nice little packet with our wifi password enclosed so that we did not have to ask. Room was clean and roomy. There were two chairs so each of us could have a seat rather than one of us having to sit on the bed. Plenty of hot water and nice shower. Thank you! Couldn't understand why this very accommodative stay was only given a 2 star rating on the website. It wasn't luxurious but it was very comfortable!

No little coffee maker in room.

My daughter in law and sons room had a sticky bug trap in the corner of the floor with bugs and a baby Lizzard on it. I feel it could’ve been cleaned up first
