The hostess in the dining room is always friendly and keeps everything so clean and well stocked. Her name is Pam and she is so nice

This property has the same furnishings in the rooms that it had in 2007. The carpet was coming away from floor by the bathroom. The towels a thin and old as well. The chair in my room has a large stain on the back. So I didn’t want to use it.

It was very close to highway. Lots of stores, eating places, gas stations around it. Breakfast was great

Everyone was very nice except for the evening staff. She was very short with me when I asked a couple questions. Everyone else was very kind. The room was cold and we couldn’t get the temperature to go up. The couch had a very bad smell/odor. Was not pleasant to sit in the room on the couch

Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but wished there were a couple healthier options. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing.

We weren't there at a busy time and so was placed next to someone already in a room and we could hear them. If it's not a busy time, my recommendation would be to put space between visitors.

I booked a room for my husband while he was traveling. I got the dates mixed up, and my husband walked into the hotel a day before the reservation. The clerk, Vansh, was wonderful by switching the nights and fixing the second reservation for us. Would stay again! Thank you.

Pam was an above and beyond worker. She is in the dining room making sure it is stocked with breakfast food and keeps the area spotless. Pam is very friendly and a positive employee.

Sometimes the door lock wouldn’t open even for housekeeping and desk personnel. The bathroom could use some paint on the rusty metal holding the ceiling tiles up.

I’ve stayed here before and was impressed with Pam. She is the person that works in the dining area and keeps it clean and stocked.

I don’t think the rooms have been updated since 2010. The chair in my room had a very large stain on the back of the chair.

The staff was extraordinary and super friendly

It was clean and the suites were huge but very outdated. For $150 a night I expected new carpeting and the furniture to be newer. It's like the 80s in there and seems like it hasn't been changed since

We have stayed here several times and have always been pleased. Rooms are vary spacious and always clean.

The only suggestion would be to move the bed a little further away from the air conditioner.

The breakfast is simple but tastes great and the variety is worth it. Some hotels over do it and you end up with quantity and not quality. But not here, everything that should be hot is hot, not dried out or over cooked. Staff was amazing and friendly, especially Heather. Room was clean and comfy. If we ever need to stay locally again, this is our first choice!

The only thing I can think of here is the hot tub is really hot at times and could be set a but cooler.

Rooms were wonderful. The breakfast was excellent. The lady overseeing, cleaning, and replenishing is fantastic. She is so pleasant and always does a great job.
