It was very close to highway. Lots of stores, eating places, gas stations around it. Breakfast was great

Everyone was very nice except for the evening staff. She was very short with me when I asked a couple questions. Everyone else was very kind. The room was cold and we couldn’t get the temperature to go up. The couch had a very bad smell/odor. Was not pleasant to sit in the room on the couch

Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but wished there were a couple healthier options. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing.

We weren't there at a busy time and so was placed next to someone already in a room and we could hear them. If it's not a busy time, my recommendation would be to put space between visitors.

Pam was an above and beyond worker. She is in the dining room making sure it is stocked with breakfast food and keeps the area spotless. Pam is very friendly and a positive employee.

Sometimes the door lock wouldn’t open even for housekeeping and desk personnel. The bathroom could use some paint on the rusty metal holding the ceiling tiles up.

The staff was extraordinary and super friendly

It was clean and the suites were huge but very outdated. For $150 a night I expected new carpeting and the furniture to be newer. It's like the 80s in there and seems like it hasn't been changed since

The breakfast is simple but tastes great and the variety is worth it. Some hotels over do it and you end up with quantity and not quality. But not here, everything that should be hot is hot, not dried out or over cooked. Staff was amazing and friendly, especially Heather. Room was clean and comfy. If we ever need to stay locally again, this is our first choice!

The only thing I can think of here is the hot tub is really hot at times and could be set a but cooler.

The firefighter who was at the front desk at check-in. He had on some radio that he was monitoring accidents on the freeway and it was very annoying and distracting. He should NOT have had that on while working at the motel! Very unprofessional! Plus, it obviously distracted him because he printed out a form that he said I had to completely fill out. I told him I stay there all the time and my information was in the computer so I did NOT need to fill out the complete form again! He made some lame excuse and printed out the already completed form for me to sign. He needs to NOT be listening to the CB radio or whatever it is when he is an employee at the motel! That, or quit working there...

We loved the breakfast we got the suit with the hot tub room was clean bed was soft the employees were very friendly and helpful we stayed in Nevada for my child's medical appointment and the staff took awesome care of us

I wasn't happy with the fact that we still had 2.5 hours till check out took our bags to the car so we were ready to hit the road when it was time came back to our room so I could use the hot tub before we headed home on a 5 hour trip and they had started cleaning our room they dumped out my coffee pot check out the trash cans and already had put bleach water cleaner in the hot tub and filled it halfway up so I couldnt use it anymore I was a little upset with that after I spent 140 bucks on the room just for the hot tub I just didn't think a hotel housekeeper went into somebody room while their wallet and keys and stuff is all still sitting on the table I was uncomfortable with that but everything else was awesome

very clean! I’ve never been to a cleaner hotel. not even a spec of dust! It may be a bit older but they take pride in this hotel. the lady at breakfast was super sweet and kept the food well stocked.

the only complaint I have is the pillows. they were a bit flat. that’s it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the best I’ve seen in a while! The room was clean but out dated, it could use some updating. But all in all the stay was great and would stay there again

The front desk clerk was a man named Lloyd Gibson. He was the best. He followed up on our "no feathers " request. He encouraged us to enjoy the pool and hot breakfast offered. He was a charming host.
