Location is wonderful & most of the times the rooms & bathrooms were excellent. This time was a little different.

The bathroom in our room on the first room was terrible! The cold water faucet on the sink didn't work at all. The shower, once we turned it on, you had to finagle the bathtub thing that turns it to the shower by putting your finger up into the faucet while you pulled on the shower doohikie to get the shower to come on. Then when the handicap showers came on, the pipes sounded like they were gonna come out of the walls. Terrible bathroom experience. I did report this the front desk.

Very friendly staff, very clean facility that provides everything needed for an extended stay! Good hot breakfast selection! Hot water for showers all day! I had read some reviews before our stay where people were saying it is outdated and that there was no hot water for showers and I think they are obviously confused because that just isn't the case! We came here to visit family and we will definitely be staying here again in our future travels!

There isn't an ice machine on the 2nd floor but they do have one on the 1st and 3rd floors so that isn't too big of a deal. The mattresses are on the hard side which is a bit uncomfortable. However, I do understand the need for such in the hotel industry so they do not break down and need replacement as quickly!

The staff was very nice and willing to work with you if needed.

That they said i could pay cash in the phone for my pet fee and then when i got there i needed a credit card and i was being charged $50 &$20 that i didn't know about the 20.00 charge before or it would of been paid when i paided my room in advance for my stay. They did accept cash for my pet fee but was a little upset that on the phone earlier before my stay they said i could pay cash when i checked in and then hit me with a credit card needed. I feel they need to offer all of the stuff to be paided up front if I'm paying for my room in full 3 days before my stay.

Always like staying here when I come to Nevada. Rooms are clean & roomy. The location is excellent.

The elevator has been broken the last 2 times. This time was a little rough cause we were on the 3rd floor. We made do, though, got our exercise for the day.

Parking accommodations were good. Room was nice. Desk attendant was friendly and accommodating.

Since pet friendly, i did expect a fenced in dog park, bathroom for my SD but only had an open field that was bumpy. Made it hard for me to walk as i was apprehensive about tripping.

The staff person we interacted with was professional and tried to be helpful.

We were bumped from the room we reserved. The solution was to get two standard (2 queen bed) rooms, yet one room was charged at the original suite rate.

The location was very good and the room was exceptional.

The breakfast was later than we were used to and even 15 minutes after it began there were no scrambled eggs ready, we had to leave before they were prepared.

The room was clean. There were coffee pods and tea bags. The fridge was a great size. The staff was wonderful.

The ice maker and soda machine did not work.

Property was newish and well maintained. Rooms were nicely decorated and tall ceiling makes room elegant. Breakfast had lots of the typical breakfast food selections but also includes (pre-made) omelets and freshly made pancakes. Gas, restaurants, and Walmart are close by. It has easy interstate access. Definitely will stay again.

Very clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast was delicious.

The pool was closed for maintenance and the elevator was put of order.
