Everything was very clean. Bed was comfortable. The shower was a nice big walk-in shower, not a tub. I don't like elevators, so I prefer the stairs and they're stairwell was very nice. Doors open and inviting, not creepy or unsafe feeling. The whole hotel was very inviting feeling.

It is located right on the interstate, and you could really hear the traffic as our window faced the highway. This is not the hotel or staffs fault, but a tornado went through town when we were there and we didn't have electricity for several hours. The hotel was, of course, dark and getting stuffy. The staff did their best to do what they could to help. Opened the doors in the lobby to let in cool air and handed out waters as people hung out in the lobby and cafeteria areas to cool off.

Everything was great. The staff was friendly and obviously very proud of the property, which showed. The breakfast was wonderful and the breakfast area was clean and neat. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were perfect. There was plenty of parking and the grounds were well maintained. There is no doubt that I will stay there again.

I cannot think of anything that could be done better.

It was clean and well set up. I really enjoyed the breakfast area as it had booths for our family. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and super helpful!

The only negative for me was the excessive hotel fragrance that was in the air. It wasn’t that it smelled bad, but it was so potent I could taste it. It was difficult for me to be in the main areas of the hotel. I have a sensitive nose and I know others may love this but if fragrance is an issue for you this could be a problem.

We were stuck in a room for two days due to a snow ice storm going through. Staff was so nice. The breakfast were great with such cordial staff. The room was comfortable and very clean It was a good time and place to be stuck in!

Nothing. It was great and ,again,a nice place to be stuck in during a huge icestorm passing through.

Breakfast was good, a little crowded, and not enough forks to go around. Room was a little small, but designed to fit a lot in a little space. We were glad for the blackout curtains, exterior lights shined into the room at night without them! It was very close to our destination!

It was a little hard to find. Signage is small, and GPS took us around the block into a vacant parking lot for an office building and told us we had arrived, but no so! But then as we looked around, lost, then we saw what had to be the hotel on the left and were able to go back to the street and get there.

I loved everything about it. The layout, the decor, the enormous TV and roomy walk in shower. It even smelled good. The front desk clerk was a delight. It's right next to 44 but I couldn't hear the traffic at all; didn't even have to wear my headphones. I slept too late to try the breakfast because the bed was so comfy.

The pillows weren't the best.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean, beds were comfortable, and breakfast was also very good with lots of options. The gym was nice and the overall property was very clean.

Room smelled very strongly of bleach. I appreciated the room being clean but the strong chemical smell caused both my son and I to wake up with sore throats. Our room faced the highway so was noisier than expected.

I loved everything except prices on the snacks downstairs...I paid $10 plus for 2 teas....that's a little ridiculous... front desk clerk said "that's the price you pay for convenience " that's uncalled for.... think about lowering those prices please....

The facility was awesome in everyway.

Rooms do not have personal safes as far as I could see. Maybe not a big deal for one night stay but if you are there for a week sightseeing. You might want to secure your important documents, etc. instead of carrying everything around.

Beautiful new property - modern and clean. Liked that we could purchase microwaveable food for evening snacks. Comfortable beds and rooms.

Breakfast ended early at 9:00, and we missed it. We were tired from eclipse traveling and would have appreciated a 10:00 breakfast end time.
