The room was huge. Plenty of beds and storage for everyone. A loft (which the kids thought was super fun) that had two queen beds, desks, is own tv, and a closet. Downstairs has a King bed and a sofa that turns into a queen bed. Fridge, stink and microwave. And a Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom! The pool and hit tub are indoors, clean, and in good repair. Breakfast was good. Fresh fruit was a nice Surprise.

If I had to complain about something, it would be the bisquits and eggs at breakfast. They weren't good. It would be nice if the pool didn't close. They don't staff a lifeguard, so I'm not sure why they can't leave it open 24-hours. All in all, small issues that didn't bother me much.

Breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly. They told me good morning before breakfast and a thank you as I was leaving. The room was clean and well made.

Dated/1990s feel. The TV had extremely poor audio quality. I know this sounds like a nit-picky thing but we were trying to watch a movie since we arrived late/didn't have time to swim but the volume of spoken word was too low even with the TV on max volume but the rest of the audio was way too loud. This was the case on multiple channels.

They were polite and considerate as we made reservations last minute and didn't make it in until long after the check in time I had originally planned for. They were also kind enough to keep my children and I on the first floor.

I understand that the paint colors are probably not something someone might usually bring up, but the only dislike I really had was the very ORANGE color of the room we stayed in. I love the color orange I just felt the particular shade of Orange they chose was more of an accent color. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Everything was great. The lady working the front desk when we checked in was really amazing.

There were so many people and kids in the pool and hot tub that it was kind of hard to enjoy it. The kids had fun but is really overwhelming as a parent with so many kids in the pool at the same time.

We got 1 of the loft rooms with the 2 beds upstairs, and it was roomy, clean, and very comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was a nice surprise to us, and the pool area was large and comfortable. Even with a lot of people in there, it is so spacious it didn't feel crowded.

The lady at the desk the afternoon when we checked in was kinda snotty. The remote was not "connected " to the tv and when we asked for help and she asked what room we were in, she was irritated that we needed help. The lady in the morning was sweet though.

We have stayed at this same location several times over the years. It's always been great. We will continue to Book with this hotel. We usually use the pool, we didn't have time during this stay

I've stayed at this particular hotel three different times and it's always very clean, the staff are always so very nice. The hot tub and pool area is always clean and a very relaxing way to end my day! 😊

My only wish was that the pool area was open a Lil bit longer at night. As of now they close it at 10:00 p.m. and I would actually prefer it closes around 11:00 p.m..

Kara, at the front desk was awesome. When we checked-in, she noticed that we were from AZ, and she said she use to live in Mesa. She also helped me later in the evening when my wife needed salt to gargle with for a sore throat, she went back to the kitchen to get me some.

Not much for choices. I did coffee every morning.

The couple of times we needed someone at the front desk had to pick up phone and call. I do not like having to walk out the front door and go around employees smoking. They need to have a place away from the front door.

Very clean, comfortable, and so so quiet. I don't think I've ever stayed at a hotel so quiet. The shower pressure was great, the beds were comfy, and the breakfast was pretty good.

The only thing I couldn't stand was the toilet 😂 it was so FURIOUS and POWERFUL when it flushed, it made me jump everytime haha.
