I like the front desk ladies, They are always polite and they do everything to make you comfortable . The Manger is the Best Manager I have ever had the pleasure of meeting out of the hotels or motels I have ever been, Most of the time you can find a Manager,but this Lady is Awesome, She even helps her Staff do their work, They All work together and it great to See Good Old Fashion TEAN WORK !!! They all work hard and great together for their Company and it's a Pleasure to go there.I hope they are pIs Well because They really care about Their Customers and are The most helpful women I have ever met.

the same thing for breakfast every day. The food wasn't real good quality . The fruit wasn't sweet and tender not ripe enough.syrp watered Gravy was also to runny. But I didn't complain because I knew that it was something the owner must buy. It would be nice if they had a change in the Menu.

The desk staff was very friendly, fast and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were super comfortable. We were in a room with no neighbors on the upper floor, so it was peaceful and quiet.

The breakfast was okay, the sausages were nice, but the eggs, they were the worst I've ever had. And my waffle turned out weird. It was standard hotel fare, so you can only expect so much... The staff seemed eager to close and made us feel bad for being in the dining area at 930, even though breakfast is till 10.. at 945, one lady gleefully announced it was time to shut down, rushing everyone who was there... I understand being on a schedule, but you are literally in a hospitality industry, act like it.

The staff is very friendly, April and Rhonda are extremely helpful. We wanted to check in early and we were accommodated for that. The breakfast was very good. It was just enough to get the day started and fueling for energy to enjoy the day. The hot tub is very spacious and not too much of a chemical odor.

The pool was supposed to be heated and it is a very nice pool, but it wasn't as warm as we would have liked.

Clean, quiet and comfy hotel in the retail district. Large room. Freezer section in fridge (yay!). (Did not try breakfast - had other plans.) Plenty of convenient parking. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Room door leaked a ton of light along the sides and bottom - worst that I have seen in a hotel. Not much else to complain about though.

Very clean and comfortable facilities. Great continental breakfast. My son and I enjoyed the indoor heated pool and hot tub! We had a small issue with our room door during our 2nd day, and management was on it immediately! They upgraded us to a suite and gave me a partial refund for the inconvenience, which, in my opinion, was unnecessary but just shows how much they care about their customers! The owner himself came to make sure the issue was taken care of.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Rooms were roomy and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic and continued to be stocked as soon as needed. The location was easy to access and close to shopping, groceries, restaurants, and antique stores.

We counted over 6 dogs staying in rooms down our hallway, which caused a bit of a musky, dog smell lingering around. Our room was clean, but the bathroom needed a good deep clean. The face of the counter and the silver plate of the tissue container were filthy. The price was a little high for the area.

The location was perfect. The breakfast options are better than most places with plenty of hot food options.

We had to change rooms due to a TV issue. We went from a king room to a room with 2 queen beds. It wasn't as comfortable as the king room. It was larger and not as cool as the king room.

Everything we needed for an affordable price! Sometimes hard to find a hotel room that can fit a family of 5 for a decent price and this was just that! Breakfast was good. The pool area was beautiful and well maintained.

Bedding could use updating. They use the thin, slippery top bedspreads and updating this to white bedding would be much more comfortable, make the room look cleaner and more aesthetically pleasing.

Our favorite place to stay when going to Wheatland for the races.

The air unit in our room had a loose cover that rattled horrible. We had to wedge the table against it. Room 214. That was the only thing that kept it from being a perfect stay.

This place is nice and clean. Stayed here last September, swam in the pool. Used the hot tub. Stayed again for one night this Spring. This is a favorite place. From here, I can explore Clinton, Calhoun, Windsor, Warsaw, etc. Great facility. I am so grateful it is here. Good price.
