Booked online through booking.com as price was cheaper. Easy check in. Dottie told us all about the many perks around the hotel and even gave great dinner suggestions. Pet accommodation was excellent. Food bowls in the room and poop bags conveniently located at the doors. Did not use the pool or hot tub but both looked really clean and enticing. Water, coffee, tea available anytime which was appreciated. Breakfast was great. Hubby enjoyed the egg casserole and everything else was good too. Overall a great experience after a long travel day.

The pool and hot tub were great. It was really nice having plank flooring in the room. The breakfast was delicious.

The ac in the room did not cool the room down to a comfortable level. So it left the room hot and stuffy. Also, the beds are very high off the ground, and have a strange metal guard that is very loud when you bump into it. The front desk attendant was vaping behind the desk in front of guests. And upon check out, no front desk attendant was to be found.

Excellent breakfast with several fresh fruits such as berries, grapes, honeydew, etc. Not only regular original waffles but also unique waffles (lemon waffles) were available for the first visit. I liked this place, so I went back again after 1 week on the way back home. I had a strawberry waffle at my second visit. the warm jacuzzi made me relax in the middle of my trip. When I left behind a backpack, MC Hotel even sent me the back by mail. I paid the shipping, though. I really like the service there.

The staff was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Dottie is now considered a friend. Hot breakfast was delicious. Unlimited bottled water was appreciated, and hot soup in the evening goes above and beyond! Pool and hot tub are well kept, clean, and so relaxing. Talk about Pet Friendly!!!!! There is a little bag of treats and food/water bowls in the rooms for pets located close to an exit. JoJo loves you all! 💗

Friendly staff. Loved our dog, offering him a treat at checkin. Rooms are up to date, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had at a hotel. Not just eggs, an egg bake; sausage was closer to kielbasa, or hunter's sausage. Waffles and oatmeal with a variety of toppings and yogurt with fresh fruit! Pool looked kept up and clean, we just didn't use it.

Great attention to details: Called us ahead to see which floor we would prefer. Really nice western decor in lobby . Delicious complementary soup and crackers upon arrival, little chocolates in room, breakfast was wonderful with real egg casserole and sliced sausages and yogurt parfaits with fresh fruit and toppings, cappuccino, waffles.

The breakfast was excellent, with a waffle machine, quality fresh fruit, an egg casserole, and cereal above and beyond the typical yogurt, oatmeal, and breads for toasting. Big selection of juices, teas, coffee, and even chocolate milk.

No issues. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.

Location, cleanliness, staff was great. Allowed us to check in early. Fresh lemon water and coffee available. Good breakfast. Food available if one didn’t want to eat out.

Rooms seemed to have thin walls. Beds were okay, but not great. Someone was playing a ukulele until midnight, and we could hear people talking next door. Noisy until midnight.

Front desk clerk was very nice, and I like that they are pet friendly. There was actually enough light over the bathroom counter for me to put my makeup on! Most hotels barely have enough light to allow you to see anything.

My bed was very creaky, but was pretty comfortable overall.

Great hotel, great staff! Upgrades look fantastic, I especially liked the flooring and the new refrigerator with large, separate freezer section in the unit. Ground floor unit very convenient for my dog and I. Fresh fruit at breakfast was very tasty.

A hand held shower would be a nice addition, but I know not all hotels can support those.
