Kim, the front desk clerk on our arrival went above and beyond to help us. We had unfortunately blown a tire, (thankfully had a spare/donut) and need to find a place to repair the tire, on a Sunday, over a holiday weekend. She made a couple calls for us and found got Johnny & Richard from Tradewinds Repair to come out on Sunday morning and repair our tire and help get us back on the road after our stay by 9 am! If not for her, we probably would have incurred the extra cost of staying over multiple nights to stay until shops opened on Tuesday, and missing work on Monday and Tuesday. We will definitely recommend staying here to anyone in the area, and of course our repair angels from Tradewinds!

Quiet is a subjective area. We had a stand alone cabin so there was no adjacent room noise but the Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroad rolls through nearby, and we were awakened in the wee hours by a passing freight train. No breakfast included but a nice place called Beagles Bagels is just north about one mile. Very clean large cabin called Kootenai. Keurig coffee machine. Hot shower although the water tank might be small for more than two showers. Refrigerator, microwave, and DISH TV. Free WIFI included. Easy walk path to the river bank. Plenty of space to relax.

Everything met or exceeded expectations!

Such a friendly welcoming staff! Lovely grounds and very well kept! Super clean rooms in a lodge style right on the river. Fountains. A pond with a fountain and a beautiful firepit with chairs. There were lots of pretty flowers in baskets and rock gardens. Every housekeeper was friendly and very helpful, so nice to be met with such kindness. Very nice little gift shop in lobby. Just loved everything about this place. Rooms were great with lots of storage in the kitchenette with a sink, small fridge, microwave, Keurig coffeemaker and little table and chairs. Bathroom had a vanity and shelves for storage too. So a longer stay would be very comfortable here.

I had the only room that was upstairs and I have A-Fib so that was uncomfortable. Totally my fault for not telling them when I booked the room. Cute room with a balcony. I take full responsibility for this not the hotel or booking company's fault.

Our cabin was spacious, in the trees, with kitchen, two bedrooms, dining room, sitting room in a peaceful setting. Nearby to go food (because of the dog) was exceptional and staff there was very courteous.

We were provided a room with a stone fireplace AND a campfire pit, with NO wood to be found. The things you don't dust as often, bed headboard, decor, etc., hadn't been dusted in months I'm guessing. For the price of the cabin over $300 per night including pet (which booking doesn't tell you the pet fee), it should have been exceptionally clean and and a fire waiting to be lit. And Riverfront Motel & Cabins is not ON the river. If fact there wasn't even a trail to the river, which is probably 300' below the property.

Loved the setting, the very friendly and helpful staff member at check-in, and the cleanliness of the room. The bed was also very comfortable.

The walls were quite thin, and we could hear the TV from the room next door all night long. Also, the sink in the bathroom was so big that it left almost no counter room to put your toiletries on. It would be far better to have a smaller sink and more counter room.

The cabins were cute, clean and comfy. We were in a lower cabin and it was very quiet. The river was a short walk behind the cabin. We would definitely stay there again.

Their BBQ was not working very good at all. We bought some steaks for dinner one night and could not cook them. Hopefully they will replace it or fix it soon. Regardless, we would stay there again.

If we had spent more time in the room during this vacation; it would have been too small for us. However, we were visiting family on this trip so we were out the door early every day and coming home after 8pm. The grounds are beautiful. I was greeted by the same ducks coming around the parking lot each morning looking for breakfast! Walls are pretty thin in the room side of the resort. Maybe a cabin next time would be our first choice. Lots of neighbor noise late at night :( Otherwise, we enjoyed out stay immensely; probably a bit less expensive in the off season of the winter but we vacation only once a year so we budgeted accordingly.

We rented 6 rooms/cabins. Each room was clean and roomy. We would definitely stay here again! The little ones loved the swing set. We all went down to the river and watched the wildlife. The pond was also a favorite. Don’t forget to check out the awesome gift shop.

We didn’t like the geese/duck poop all over the ground.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful and patient with our elderly dog. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved the bed and the shower. We also appreciated the fact that we knew that if road conditions didn't allow us to return home when planned, we could have a place to stay. LOVED the gift shop.

The staff and cat Houston were absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect, and it was quiet. Very comfortable bed.

Our room was really dated, and the bathroom was quirky. If the carpet could be replaced, that would have made a big difference.
