The room was very clean, I got the double bed suite for my grandkids, myself, and my dog , and it was perfect! They even had another t.v in the little area where the sofa couch was, which made my grandson very happy. Lol. The sweet girl at the desk called soon after we got to our room to make sure everything was good with the room. I've never had that before in a hotel ,so they really do care about your stay. The breakfast was good also! I've seen comments on the website that weren't that good, but we were very pleased with the hot breakfast. Highly recommend and will stay here again.

This hotel always feels like home. The staff is efficient and accommodating. The attention to detail is amazing the staff is willing to fix any issues that arise. We were told the pool was open until 10 and the lights were out at 9. However the staff made sure it was usable when we asked if it was open, even checked the chemicals. This is the best hotel in the area when looking for a very comfortable night away from home.

I usually get a queen studio room so it has two televisions allowing my kids another option of entertainment in the room. The second tv wasn't working, but I didn't ask to have it fixed this time. This is a problem I've encountered a few times but overall it's a minor inconvenience and doesn't affect my opinion of the room or the staff of the hotel. The only other issue I had was I had three bottles of conditioner and no shampoo. Once again minor inconvenience. Overall petty issues that were easily fixed.

Great hotel. the gentleman who checked us in was extremely nice. Asked about a bell hop and the gentlemen went on his own to find us one. The lady that checked us out was super friendly. We had a nice conversation with her. The breakfast was great. We have been traveling for two weeks and the breakfast at this hotel has been far better than anywhere else. Comfortable beds. Good size room. Safe. Great value for the money. This is a super nice hotel for the price you pay. I've paid more and had less at other hotels. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything was fabulous. Couldn't think of anything that I didn't like.

The room was large, clean and very comfortable. Located right off ihe interstate and near gas and convenience stores.

The entrance is nearly impossible to see, especially after dark. It should be marked with signage. Breakfast is served from 6:30-8:30. We went down a little before 8:30, and EVERYTHING was gone except one sausage and a couple of spoonfuls of eggs. The juice machines were empty even when my husband checked earlier. Breakfast should be available as advertised. The coffee maker in the room was not supplied with any form of creamer or sweetener, no napkins or stir sticks.

The gentleman who checked me in did not understand the system very well and tried to add extra charges by mistake which I turn would not accept my booking.com payment that had already been prepaid. I had to spend 2 hrs with booking.com going back and forth with cobblestone staff. Ali was our savior and fixed the computer error in a couple mins and the payment went through just fine. I highly recommend this person be retrained bc it wasted time and caused frustration with me. Also alot of the breakfast food was all out.

Bed was very comfortable. We both slept great! The room was clean. Love the full-size shower amenities, the squeeze bottles are much better than single use shampoo.

Small glitch with our TV, the remote didn't work. They switched our room promptly. Breakfast, however, was not restocked. Seems the person who worked until 7 or 8 a.m. didn't set it up properly and/or didn't restock it properly. Management might want to consider changing start & end of shift times so that one person works all of breakfast.

We were in town for a wedding. Location was great, in between wedding location and reception location. Room clean, bed comfortable. Coffee was excellent in the lobby. If we need to stay in the area again, we will most likely stay again.

Breakfast did not start on time. We were down to get something to take back to the room, so we could finish getting ready for the day. We were down 30 to 45 minutes after it was supposed to begin. A sign at the driveway might be a good idea. Not ideal for someone that does not know the area.

Ida the front desk receptionist went above and beyond for me and my family. Highly recommend and she as an employee needs recognition. Out of all our hotel stays this place was above expectations. And Ida deserves a raise. Very happy

The facility was new, clean, comfortable. The room was quiet, large, roomy, and from our third floor window, an excellent view of a green field with trees and horses.

The selections for breakfast. At a facility this nice, I thought there would be more selection - various cereals, yogurt, eggs, muffins. The juice machine did not work, only one piece of fruit was left.

Staff was super helpful and friendly & worked quickly to resolve issues with the room not being ready. The room was great as were the amenities!

Did have a short wait for the room at our late check-in, seems there were some issues with housekeeping staff not finishing up some of the rooms during the day, so the evening desk staff had to scramble to get them ready.
