Due to an issue with my hip, I was not able to sleep in the bed because the mattress was not firm enough. Desk clerks did everything they could to make me comfortable. They provided me with extra comforters so that I could pile them on the floor and sleep on the floor, which I did. However, my sleep on the floor due to the extra comforters was very good night. Appreciate the kindness And special attention they gave me helping to make me comfortable. Also, breakfast was very good.

The breakfast had a variety of both hot and cold items. Clean dining area. I had a cheese omelet, bacon, yogurt. There were many other things to choose from. The staff people were very friendly and asked many times if I needed anything. We brought our dog. Comfy bed.

I truly have no complaints

Location was great and beds were comfortable. Plenty of hot water!!!

The front staff that checked us in did not smile once and was very monotone when speaking to me. Her clothing she had on was also dirty. In the room the light in the ceiling had about 8 dead flies in it or it was mold or maybe a combination. Very disgusting!

Booking lost our reservation or never gave it to them. While on the phone with booking trying to figure it out they let us go ahead and go to a room since we showed we had paid months ago. Got off of a 12hr drive and sat in the lobby for 2hours most of it on hold.

Booking.com let me down hard on this one

The king size bed was excellent, we were so tired after driving 11 hours from Wisconsin.

I got an email from the hotel right after booking that the pool was closed, I was very disappointed because it had a very deep end to swim in.

For an old looking hotel, it was totally clean, room including rug was very clean as was. the lobbyl The woman at the front desk recommended Kirks Nebraska grill right nearby and it was beyond excellent! Lucky stop for us!

Easy to find off the interstate. Clean and quiet.

The entrance was only the width of one door. It was hard to get in and out with the luggage cart. Entrance should be automatic sliding double doors.

The young lady at the counter was friendly and greeted me with a smile. There was a good selection for breakfast. For the first time there were cheese omelets instead of the usual scrambled eggs. The change was appreciated. My. Room was clean and comfy

Very clean, friendly staff.

Tub did not drain well, pooled water in shower. Shower curtain was not attached well. Exhaust fan sounded like an air boat.

Front desk was efficient,breakfast was very good,room was clean.

Some of the bedding(the red runners) had stains all over them and the headboards could have been washed down,bad looking
