Beds were comfortable, and breakfast was good-especially the cinnamon rolls! We were in a very nice and large room for the handicapped. The shades on the window are lovely. Also we liked the pool and towels. Thanks!

Lighting in the room is ok-- but the bathroom needs better light.

The cleanliness, the room made up daily...

Breakfast was "so-so" the first day...the pre-made cheese omelets were not that appetizing. The shower had a whistling sound while running that was annoying.

The blackout curtains were wonderful. The bed was very comfortable

Vending machine was out of water. Water bottles should be complementary in the room.

The breakfast was great. There was a good selection of breakfast foods.

For breakfast there were no straws for my handicapped son. I had forgotten that this is often an issue and left them in the room. We just went back up to the room and got them.

the manger kreig helped me out every way he could while I was broke down and stuck in the area for 3 days

I liked everything about this hotel. I especially loved the fact- that the housekeeping staff was honest and returned my items that were hidden under covers. A brand new laptop for my daughter at college. Staff was helpful in calling me to get laptop and housekeeping was absolutely amazing! There are good honest people working at this hotel.

Reservation. We can ended up paying double because we were told we only had 2 of 4 rooms more than once. So we booked additional rooms at another inn. Then as check in occurred we did not need those rooms because we had more rooms at your place. It made for an expensive weekend.

Seemed like the beds were getting some age, not quite up to par for HIexpress. Still a good stay.

The lady at front desk was awesome and went the extra mile to help find a way to open my wine bottle after many hours of traveling. Room was fantastic.

I didn't like having to park in the Wendy's parking lot because travelers don't follow directions. There were multiple trailers parked across 5 or 6 parking spots. Manager was very understanding and active to remedy the situation though.
