Breakfast was very good. The hotel was clean.

Our bathroom had a walk-in shower, but the shower curtain did not keep the water in the shower. There was water all over the floor after a shower. It needs to have a door on the shower. Also the bed I slept in needed the mattress turned or replaced. The side of the mattress by the night stand was very worn down.

Seward is a small town, with lots of cute shops and some fun restaurants. The breakfast at the hotel was nothing special but certainly will fill your belly before a day of shopping or visiting campus.

If the pool was up and running it would have been a fun way to spend an evening.

The breakfast was exceptional. There were so many choices and all the food was so good. Your location is far enough off the highway so it is quiet. We noticed you have a guest laundry which we did not use but may some time when we stay there.

The mattress hurt my back but to be honest, I had been having back issues before arriving there. A pillowtop mattress would have been better. Otherwise, everything was exceptional.

Helpful staff, excellent room facilities. Comfortable. Convenient location for me.

The pool wasn't in use. The TV remotes for the new system weren't working properly. A gluten free option for the carbohydrates would have been helpful

How clean and comfortable it was. TV remote control did not work but the front desk lady replaced it with a new one that she had to program to get it to work. I really appreciate that it was a pet free motel.

The breakfast. The scrambled eggs were terrible and you had to wait in a half hour line to get a waffle if you wanted one. Only thing normal was the cereal.

We love having a comfortable and clean place to stay when we visit Seward! We highly recommend this hotel.

We don't think it's right to advertise having a pool when it's been closed for several years now.

Very comfortable bed. Room and bathroom were clean. It’s far enough off of the freeway that it was very quiet, also. And, there was a car wash close by…we were glad to find that! 😊

Breakfast was good, the rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The pool had no water in it. We were traveling with a youth group who were very much looking forward to the pool.

Location was good - 5 minutes off of I80. Quaint little town with old fashioned town square decorated for Christmas :) A handful of dinner possibilities and gas stations nearby. Room was large, beds comfortable, everything clean. Breakfast was limited but all good choices! Will stay again.

Bed was awful-completely sunk in the middle, but high at head and foot. Not great pillows either.
