Robert and Gheeta were super friendly and helpful! Robert made sure to ask me at 11 pm if I had eaten and was ready to offer suggestions to make sure I was fed and comfortable. I travel for medical and often look a hot mess when I arrive. The staff always welcome me warmly and I have yet to see an unhappy employee. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The water is actually hot when you take a shower and the heat/cooling units work well. Breakfast has a good variety and has non carb offerings. I will be booking here again when I need to return. Pizza, mcdonalds, gas and convenience store are in easy walking distance.

I can't find a negative thing to post. It's my favorite hotel in Lincoln.

Breakfast was surprisingly good, especially for the price. They had waffles. The eggs were surprisingly good. Overall a good assortment of items. Bed was comfortable. Facilities were remodeled yet somehow still dated (popcorn ceiling and old elevator still make the place feel dated). Overall I would stay again. It was clean and perfectly adequate if you set your expectations for a typical 3-star hotel.

Key card had issues (the trick was to push it into the door slot with some force and quickly remove it). TV picture was grainy. Not sure if it was the direct TV service or just an old flatscreen.

The bed and the pillows were amazing. The room was clean although there was someone’s used toothpick on the floor of the bathroom, but it could’ve been easily overlooked. The only issue I had was cleanliness was to syringe in the hallway, but that’s not anybody’s fault at the hotel that’s just, grungy guests. When it was brought to the staff attention, they cleaned it up right away. Breakfast was more than a lot of places give. There was actually scrambled eggs and sausage. In my opinion could’ve been freshened up by the time I got it, but it still is a lot more than some places. and the coffee was great nice and hot.

Just the couth of some guests in my opinion, those that are not therefore travel or rest and relaxation, but they’re too party and their careless with their pa up raphernalia not really caring about anybody but themselves leaving syringe cap laying around. Nothing that has anything to do with the staff by any means.

The shuttle took some time to get - apparently the handover of notes between folks at the reception did not happen. There was a slight smell in the room, not too noticeable though. The fitness center had no weights and a broken treadmill. So I worked out in a downtown fitness center instead. Breakfast was uneventful. This is not as much a dislike as it is a missing opportunity to surprise guests with something new.

The room was spacious and comfortable. We stayed here for our annual Christmas trip to Nebraska and it did not disappoint. We enjoyed coming in to the fresh lemon water made daily and the tea/coffee bar/table that were set up near the front entrance. The daily breakfast was great and my kids always found something to eat every day. The king suite was comfortable enough to fit myself, husband and 3 kids all under the age of 5. The couch mattress though a little thin was comfortable enough for the kids to sleep on and enjoy easily 9 hrs of sleep nonstop-- I can't even get them to sleep past 7AM at home and they consistently slept until 9:30-10AM every day. Sans the shortage of pillows and having to consistently try and get the cleanup crew to come and grab our trahs daily ( I have 3 kids and 2 in pampers) it was absolutely fantastic and I'll be making my visit back to this hotel for another stay.

I liked that I happened to be at the motel when it wasn't very busy. It was quiet. And I liked the heater/AC system because it allowed for continual fan, even with the heat engaged. The background white noise helps me to sleep better. The room was fine overall. The bed was clean and comfortable. For the price, I just like a room that is clean and comfortable, and an overall atmosphere of reasonable quiet.

I didn't like that there has to be a $100 hold on the room that is refunded later; but the staff explained that they had gotten some rooms trashed in recent times and this became necessary. I didn't like one time during my stay that the house keeping pounded on my door and woke me up even though I had the DO NOT DISTURB sign placed on the outside of the door handle. It was after 12pm (check out time) and I had to explain that I was staying over through the following day as well. It would be a good idea to have a list for staff to know the STATUS on each room so that this kind of thing does not happen.

The hotel was very quiet. Even with my room directly across from the elevator, I did not hear any noise. The location was very convenient and had quick, easy interstate access. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

The bathroom could have been cleaned better as there was hair in the shower and sink. None of the lights in the bedroom portion of the suite were plugged in, so we did have to take care of finding the outlets and plugging everything in with cell phone flashlights. Those were not major deterrents and I would stay again.

it may have been because the night before was a nightmare, and after traveling 13 hours, I needed a good nights rest, but I was happy to be there. But the place was clean, and bed was comfy and the standard hotel breakfast was what I needed to turn around for another 12 hours in the car.

the hallway smelled a bit like smoke, and the neighborhood was kind of industrial but if I wanted a scenic place I'd expect to spend more and when your in and out and back on the road it was just right.

Spacious room comfortable bed. Good variety of breakfast foods. Checkin was quick and clear. Very friendly efficient young man.

Bathroom floor was sticky, ice build up in freezer, hall carpeting second floor filthy, breakfast room not staffed. Perhaps it was but not available.No spoons, 2% milk empty, scant amount of 1% left, no bag in garbage can with cover off.Regular coffee empty! Spoons and coffee addressed with front desk- resolved

Check-in was quick even with the long line of people doing the same. The check-in clerk was very pleasant. The room was ready and clean The location was good for the venue we attended We did not have breakfast at the hotel. So, no comment on that. Had a surge protector and USB outlets for charging We would stay again.

Perspective from a former room attendant. One of the comforters was very, very wrinkled. Coffee cup stains on top cabinet for frig The bathroom mirror had lots of streaks Bathtub faucet moved to hot during shower. Very hot! The bed near the window: bed rails stuck out, and of course, Shin was attacked several times.
