Location and price were great. Room was clean and comfortable.

Most of the outlets in the room were not working so charging our phones was tricky. The tv had no remote and no sound initially. Played with the cable box and managed to change the channel and that gave us sound.

Management was very nice. Their room could be a lot cleaner and they should not advertise for breakfast in cable if they don't have it

Fix the TV, Fix the leaking sink faucet. Fix the deadbolt so it actually locks.

The price. I would pay more considering my experience for better treatment.

I had to stand outside in zero weather with winds to check in while the manager in shorts and a tee shirt got me set up with a room. 10 min and I was freezing. It was 1015 pm so not overly late. I'm sure it was for security reasons. For that reason alone I will not be returning. One TV channel in my room was also upsetting. I'm the customer and my checking felt like I was a know criminal or something. Very weird and I've stayed at literally hundreds of motels.

Well first he tried to put me into a queen size room when I ordered a king suite then he tried put me into a room that was already rented out and then the last room didn't have any cable at all I was promised a refund we'll see if I get it

There was no breakfast

The place was abandoned and looked like something from a post-apocalyptic movie. No one at the desk. Windows boarded over. This was not a safe place. Do not send anyone there in the future. Also I will never use booking.com again.
