Our room was clean and breakfast was decent especially at the price point. We only stayed one night and were able to move around the furniture to make it work for our stay with littles. We liked that there was an iron and ironing board in the room as we had to attend a wedding.

We had requested a crib as we travelled with two under 2. Even though we received an email confirming a crib for our stay, when we checked in they did not have one ready for us when we asked about it later again, the one crib they have had been given to another family per their statement. There was also no high chair in the breakfast room. Since it was labeled as a great hotel for families we had hoped that also meant accommodation for the littlest visitors. We also noticed our room phone was not connected to a cable at all and no cable in sight so we could not call the front desk.

Very comfortable bed, impeccably clean room. It was also very quiet even though my room was directly in front of the breakfast and lobby. There was a train track right out my window but perhaps it's unused or just daylight use, because nothing went by while I was there (Fri night/Sat morning in June). I appreciated the eco-friendly soap dispensers.

Breakfast was standard low continental fare but low stocked at 8am. I would've had a bagel if there had been cream cheese or butter (or anything at all) in the fridge. I requested a printout of either the receipt or invoice that I'd signed, but they wouldn't since I paid through my booking.com. Now I have to find a place to print the one page email for my employer's reimbursement--not a deal breaker but pretty annoying. If I am back this way I'd stay again for the quiet, comfortable bed but will be sure to not pay until check-in.

As always, this is probably the best "3rd life" remake hotel we've ever experienced. Always clean and inviting with excellent front desk personnel.

Believe it or not, the biggest criticism is how tightly the bed is made. We literally have to pull things loose enough for leg and foot comfort.

The room was clean. It was beautiful. It smelled good. People were nice. We ate breakfast before we left. The breakfast was great as soon as I was getting my breakfast someone came out and asked me how my stay was if I had any complaints if there was anything wrong, and I let him know, everything was perfect. Beautiful property. We will definitely be stopping by the next time we are passing through the state.

There was nothing I did not like about the property

It was very affordable! The deposit wasn’t crazy at all! The staff was super nice and welcoming!

It is basically on the highway/airport so it is a little further from downtown. It does seem that they are doing improvements to the rooms! Ac unit in the rooms are awesome but it does take a while for the room to cool down! The hotel itself is outdated but as stated, it seems that improvements are being made little by little!

Low-cost and basic, but the hotel seemed clean, was surprisingly quiet, and felt safe. Staffers were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, water pressure was good, and free breakfast is always a bonus. Airport location was convenient to I-80.

Just little things... Our room didn't have a lamp on both sides of the bed. The cover to the batteries on the TV remote was missing -- just tape. No hand lotion. No major problems/dislikes.

Very economical. I've paid more for other places and have gotten a lot less! The room was large, clean, and the A/C cooled the room quickly. Breakfast starts at 6 AM, is "continental," though cook-your-own, batter-waffles is available (which is a nice touch). Cross-country travelers wanting an inexpensive, good night's sleep, and an early next day start, will love this place.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Convenient location for the concert venue we attended. Staff was very friendly and thr place was clean and orderly.

My room was clean and well maintained, however it smelled badly like urine. I noticed and off smell when we checked in, but the room was stuffy. We turned on the ac and left for 6 hours. Upon return around midnight we noticed that smell was in fact urine. It didn't bother me enough to seek assistance and there was no noticeable spots where it may have been coming from. But the more we were in the room and moving around the smell was prominent. Only downside. We didn't make it to breakfast, I thought it ended too soon for an 11 am checkout. Overall great location and value for a night. Beds could use an upgrade as they were a bit uncomfortable and definantly heavier blankets and more than 2 pillows would be nice as well but that's if I was being picky..for a night they were manageable.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the room and the staff was extremely helpful and the Breakfast was good. And the hotel is located in a quiet area and no disturbances around. Will stay there again

To have a couple of options for a hot breakfast instead of just only one type of hot breakfast. Otherwise the only other complaint I can think of but this isn't really the hotel's fault to have menu's that have restaurants that will deliver food to the hotel. Otherwise I think this is a nice hotel

The hotel was right off of the exit which made it convenient for us to get to the different events we were there to attend. The room was clean and you can tell the employees work hard to maintain its cleanliness. Updates are being done too, which were nice to see.

The breakfast area and options could use a bit of an upgrade. Providing individual portions of items to guests, like peanut butter portions and syrup rather than sharing from 1 container, would make it more appealing, give guests the convenience to take it back to the room, and offer the assurance of food safety.
