Clean rooms, the world's best staff, breakfast is simple, but fantastic! Very nice people running the place. They didn't mind every single morning me coming down to the front desk and saying I was going to stay another night for two weeks while waiting for an apartment.

Leaving!! The place started to feel like home. And I almost felt like I was starting to make friends lol. At least with one of the staff. He's great. And I said I was definitely coming back for a visit. I'd gladly have stayed an entire month. And the rates are pretty darn good also. If you're in the area, pay them a visit. You'll be glad you did. Tell them I sent you 😁

I stayed in the building across the parking lot from the office which apparently is a new addition. It was nice to be able to park right out front and have both an inside and outside door. The ice machine was just beyond my inside door which was very handy. The shower had good heat/water pressure, and the bed was comfortable.

The heater was loud, but effective. And as I was leaving a train went by with a loud horn. I didn’t hear any others throughout the night but I could see it being disruptive if you happened to be trying to sleep while one rolled through right next to the building. Besides being right off the freeway though, it was surprisingly quiet.

It was a clean, comfortable, quiet room, well-stocked for my needs, with high-speed internet and a door to the outside so that I could easier order food directly to my room. The property also allowed me to check in early for a small fee when it was more convenient for my travel schedule. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Great value for a low price!

The location was kind of in the middle of nowhere, but I knew that beforehand.

Staff were friendly. Comfortable bed. Everything worked in the room. Quiet. Centrally located. About 4 miles from excellent coffee shop and Afghan Village Restaurant. Great value. I will stay here again. Very clean.

Nothing we didn't like. Evident water damage in baseboard area but this did not affect our stay.

The staff was nice, very helpful with a TV issue. We were there for a reunion at Branched Oak State Park and the location was excellent to go back and forth for 3 days. The room was definitely comfortable and clean. We had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. Great on the shower's water pressure and the AC was excellent. Also, plenty of plugs for charging multiple phones and watches.

It's my own fault but I've got bad knees and should have gotten a ground floor room. Then you have access from your parking spot, no stairs to deal with. I will warn anyone with knee or hip trouble, the toiletdoes sit quite low.

Bed was comfortable - I like firm, and this was not as firm as I liked, but suitable (not the awful foam mattresses) Glad to have laminate flooring instead of carpet - definitely cleaner. One-piece shower (seams in showers are just gross - lurking germs, - but this shower was clean and seamless) Noise from nearby airport was not even noticeable. Refrigerator and microwave in room. Breakfast options: bagels, cinn raisin toast, crumb cake, yogurt, cereal, coffee, tea, milk.

Price was rather steep for this lodging tier. And note that Booking.com does not list the full price up front. When you make your reservation, you get hit with the taxes and fees, so the price was an extra $25 more than we expected.

Clean. Beautiful room. Great bed. Nice shower. Location. I loved the fact that it had both an inside hall, and exterior doors that were accessible to my car right outside. I love that convenience. Nice Friendly staff at the front desk. Breakfast left a bit to be desired, - but for the great price, I cant complain..

Breakfast wasn't ample. They had two kinds of cold cereal, no instant oatmeal, and the little pastries in cellophane looked a bit tired.

For a one night stay overnite to pick up a kitten just southwest of Lincoln the facilities were very good. It is an older building , but was kept very clean, had wi-fi and direct TV. Staff was polite and friendly. Breakfast was very good and had a lot of options for light breakfast including 3 juices and 1 flavored water drink,

Was not within walking distance a variety of restaraunts.

Bed was comfortable. I was glad you could open the window and get some fresh air. It was dark with the drapes so we got a good sleep. You have fridge, microwave in the room as well as iron and ironing board.

The fridge was dirty inside. As well as the mat in the shower was nasty. It needs replacing. The drains in the tub needs cleaning as the water was standing when you were taking shower. The floors and carpets needed better cleaning.

The beds are comfortable, room is nice, prices are good.

I have stayed here 3 times. The first 2 I had no complaints. The 3rd time the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.
