Location is good and the parking was good. The lobby is a little tired looking. I really liked the king room having a couch and chair. We also had a microwave and fridge. I found the bed and pillows comfy. I liked the blackout shade and light-filtering option. I didn't hear any airport noise at all -- whether that's a hotel thing or a not busy airport, I'm not sure.

Our room wasn't vacuumed properly. We found several Taki type chips on the floor near the couch. Also, the lighting in the bathroom /hallway is difficult for applying makeup. The elevator gave an unkempt appearance and made me a little uneasy about what the room would be like, but that was absolutely unfounded. Room was fine! The breakfast area is pretty small and if we'd had more time we would have taken the food back to our room.

It is close to the University, and unlike the other hotels, it offers a free breakfast and parking which makes the stay more enjoyable with less hassle. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable with queen sized beds as opposed to the full size that some hotels offer. I had a great sleep.

The lights in the bathrooms are dim, which makes it hard to shave, apply make up or do hair.

Strong chlorine smell when entering the main doors to the lobby. There was construction on the main road, so it was difficult to get to the property (obviously not the hotel's fault, but signs with directions may have helped)

I liked that when arrived early my room was available and there was no extra charge.

I didn't like that I couldn't pay cash upon arrival and I didn't like that the hotel attempted to charge my card without my permission and they didn't inform me that cash was not accepted at that location.

Pros were a quiet and spacious room. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was hot and tasty.

Cons—fitness center equipment was sticky with sweat, no towels or wipes, wobbly bike. A spin style bike would have been a better choice.

The beds were comfortable and we had a good sleep. Also, the front staff person helped us by reassigning us to a different room as the first assigned room was close to a noisy hallway heating unit. This was much appreciated.

While room was very clean, the halls, elevator, and common areas did not get the same attention. There was dirt in the corners and around fixtures and furniture in the common areas.

Convenient location right off expressway. Clean and reasonably priced. Free breakfast including hot food. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Property is ready for refurbishment. Chipped paint everywhere. Mattress smelled a little musty. Window coverings getting tattered. One ice maker out of service. However, everything still worked, just showing it’s age.

The staff was nice and the rooms were well-cleaned.

Some cosmetic repairs need to be completed and the elevator was kind of dirty and slow.

The staffs are very nice and helpfulness. Not too far from highway, room was so clean and fully of facility, I slept well last night.
