Our stay was exceptional!! The rooms were the cleanest rooms I've EVER stayed in. Thank you for being TOP NOTCH for our weekend stay! The front desk young man who worked the desk the midnight shift on 6/20 was very kind and so very helpful!! He went out of his way to answer all of our questions and took the time to explain everything at check in, in full detail. Thank you for making us feel welcome late at night after a long evening of traveling!!

I noticed one kitchen staff member with a poor attitude on Saturday morning 6/21. I saw her walk over to the hot food & slam a lid down, in what appeared to be great frustration. Maybe she was having a rough day and some people don't close what they open. At the end of the day, I hope your day got better. 🫶

When we checked in the lady went above and beyond. Last time I stayed there was still valet parking. She helped show us where to go and everything! T But when we checked out they were FABULOUS!!! Those two ladies did amazing both talked to us and one showed us the way out of the parking garage this is where I will be staying every time I come to visit in Lincoln #1 on my book!

When checking in the other lady that was supposed to be helping her was little unprofessional. I understand you have to eat but she wasn't helping her and she acted like she didn't want to help us too busy eating her sandwich. I also think she was supposed to show us the parking garage but then the lady checking us in said Ill show you that too.

That the bedroom was clean and the staff was very kind.

That the parking garage was hard to figure out. You had to scan the key card on one side of the road and then go down a ways and there was a single random garage that would open on the other side of the road. It was an incredibly poor design. If it wasn’t for a girl helping us out, we would have had to go back in to go back in to get help from the staff.

The hotel had a large spacious lobby and our room was very large and comfortable with a nice bathroom. The staff were polite and efficient. The room facilities were good and the breakfast was better than average for an American hotel chain. The location of the hotel made it quite easy to walk into the downtown and the capitol building.

We had a room facing the front with its a very busy main road. So although the room was well glazed we had the noise all through the night of trucks and motorbikes roaring by so I had a very disturbed sleep.

The hotel is super clean and comfortable and very secure parking. Great breakfast. Location is slightly removed from Haymarket, but definitely walkable.

The street noise is really bad - even on 5th floor. A lot of cars revving and racing down O Street, which was the direction our room faced. Was a Friday night - not even during the university semester.

Very nice and clean hotel, with an excellent location. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a nice view. I did not use the gym and the pool, but both at least looked nice. The staff was super friendly.

The breakfast was below average, and I would expect more for this kind of hotel. The valet parking is slightly odd because it does not work at night. One of my colleagues was promised a breakfast bag because of a super early departure, but in the lobby, the person just said: "Oh, sorry, I found the note but ...:" It is a brand new hotel, so there is still a little bit of room for improvement. The windows a not really sound-proof so it can become a little bit noisy during the night next to the street.

I liked the comfortable bed and pillow. The decor was nice and the location was great for being in the downtown area. The staff was professional and friendly and the room was clean.

The traffic noise in our room wasn't ideal. Granted, our stay was on a Friday night and we were in a corner room. I'm very glad that we brought our sound machine with us.

Breakfast was great, room was quiet. I asked for two rooms away from main roads so it would be quiet and it was. I was expecting the worst in terms of noise based on google reviews, but it wasn't bad at all, though I stayed on a Tuesday night in the summer. It might be different on a weekend.

Nice location. Very good breakfast for Midwest. Clean room.

Ear plugs! Nose on the street from trucks, motorcycles, racing cars. Looks like people come here specifically to race. We ended up changing the room facing the inside, but otherwise it would be a terrible night. Ear plugs! Don't forget.

Basically all we had time to do was check in about 9 pm and check out about 7.30 am because we were attending graduation ceremony. But we have stayed here before and like the location. You can walk to any University of Nebraska event from here. Large room and bathroom, clean and comfortable bed. About half the price in December as for a football game weekend.

If your room faces "O" street it is very noisy. Ask for room facing 10th, not as noisy
