The beds are comfortable. The location is convenient to the stores in the area if we need something.

We were charged a 50 dollar damage fee that booking.com did not state in the hotel policy. I was specifically looking for hotels without damage fees and chose the ones that didn't have a damage fee. I agreed and was ok with the damage fee but booking.com needs to state that there is one in the policy or super 8 needs to relay this information to booking.com.

Price and location, room was clean, toiletries were available, beds were very comfy not too firm nor soft but just right.

Only gripe is the breakfast was meh, only had toast, bagels, granola bar, oatmeal, spreads, coffee, OJ and AJ. Also AC would not cool down, granted it was a very humid night but it was cool enough where everyone slept comfortably.

Location was good. Maybe cold cereals? Wasn't much to choose from.

Couldn't make TV work. Need a card or something with instructions. I think the mattresses need flipped. Kind of slept in a whole. But the nature's was good.

The staff were very friendly. If they could accommodate they did. An issue came up and they immediately jumped on it. We were able to get a day refunded.

The only thing I didn't like was that we found bed bugs. The staff took care of the concern and we even got a refund. I loved how well we were treated.

Our second room which our son and wife had experienced a sewer back up but was put in another room which was upgraded and taken care of.

The carpet needs updated! It had a noxious odor.

Would have liked a night stand on both sides of the king sized bed. We used the suitcase stand.

Staff receptionist was awesome. She carried my bag up two flights of stairs on a very blustery night when I really appreciated help for a little old lady! And the comfortable chair in the room with footstool. And the comfortable king bed. clean carpet. good shower. ALL GOOD!

no breakfast...but it was still a great value for me.
