Room was very clean and comfortable. Very good value for the price. Breakfast was really good.

Stairway was dirty. The check-in guy wasn't very friendly. The $50 extra deposit was kind of irritating.

The staff were very nice and helpful. I checked in quickly and got to my room, which as clean, cool and nice. Compared to other Quality Inns I've stayed at, this one was on the high end.

The price was higher than I would have liked due to a football game, which filled up most of the local hotels and drove up prices for that particular weekend. But that is how it works sometimes.

Pool / hot tub hours (9am - 11 pm); breakfast actually available (so many properties' breakfasts are still suspended due to COVID) and had considerate hours of operation; friendly staff at desk at both check-in and check-out; fitness room open 24 x 7 with observation window for pool area is so thoughtful! Room and beds were comfortable. Price was the best in town on the date I needed it.

TV screen a bit small but okay; hot tub was available but jets weren't working (thank you for still allowing it to be used). Several other properties would have been at more convenient locations for our planned activities, but all the positive attributes were worth it since Lincoln is not that big.

The staff was amazing. I requested our rooms to be closer together if possible (previous hotel had us on different floors.) Staff went above and beyond and not only were able to have us next door to each other, let us know prior to checking in that it was all set. It meant so much to myself and my family. We were on our way back from a burial for my grandparents and earlier in the day had our windshield crack from debris in a construction site. It was day 6 of a 7 day road trip with my mom, my ex-husband/co-parent, and 4 kids. It was so refreshing to check in with really welcoming staff, Verlin, who made our check in light-hearted and a breeze. At check in, Verlin let us know that if we needed anything to just to let them know. Sandy was great with breakfast in the morning. There were so many options for food and drinks. Way more plentiful then our other stays on the trip. We'd come back into Lincoln because some personal items were left on our way through. The staff at the first hotel was not helpful. Staff here (Verlin), when we discovered we'd left something again, was really helpful in helping us check the rooms we'd had right away. We didn't see it when we checked the room Verlin offered to call if they found anything. (First hotel, called us back after I'd called twice and we were five hours out of town.) We'll definitely stop here again when in the area. So thankful for the service and accommodations.

I didn't like that we hadn't stayed there our first time through! :)

The breakfast was amazing!!! Kids loved the pool & once you were in your room you heard nothing. Everything has very clean too.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

The beds were very comfortable and the staff were nice!

The outside needs some love! A lot of cigarette butts and you see more plastic than rocks in landscaping.

I have my 3 grandsons and everything was perfect. They loved the pool and we ordered pizza it was delivered to our room and made my life very easy. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful.

Everything was great. Ithe bed was very comfortable and all our needs were met. there was fast food places nearby and all was good.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about Robber's Cave. Nice bathroom. Comfy beds. Luggage carts. Quiet.

The room had a bad smell to it. We think it may have been coming from the air conditioner. Staff was notified. Breakfast was just a grab and go.

The beds were super comfortable. I looked forward to going to bed every night! Fitness center was small but one of the only hotel gyms with a full rack of weights. Pool was decently sized as well! Hotel carpets were clean and it didn't smell gross like most hotels.

The breakfast had a wide variety of choices. The pool was nice, but it had many kids in the weight room so kind of noisy. A lot of chlorine.

There were some small children in the room above us and they were up and jumping off the bed until 2:00 in the morning. Us being older go to bed early.
