Staff is great and obviously care about a good experience. Low-priced, but not a roach hole, just still under development. Mattress appears new (no bedbugs, which is a MAJOR issue with Lincoln's motels), rest of room is clean. Quiet, even on a major street and with other guests nearby.

Needs a little more work. No hanging area for clothes. Bathroom is really basic, no towel bars, no plug in tub, tp holder loose on wall, no drinking glass @ sink. Super-low watt lighting except at vanity. No alarm clock. Hot water takes forever to warm up. All little stuff that may improve over time.

I’m always a little weary when I see hotels with lower prices. But to my delight, Everything in my room was brand new. Even my blankets smelled brand new. They had mentioned that it had been renovated recently and you can tell. I also really appreciated the kindness from the staff upon arrival. I needed to check in a little earlier and they were easily able to accommodate me and my family. If you’re passing through I would definitely recommend this hotel based not only on the price but also the cleanliness and flexibility.

The room was not cleaned porp d ly not towels in the roomand no blanket on the bed the TV had no remote and the staff wouldn't try and lo ok for it and the halkswherebefy loud and unclean

The dirty floors and tub had to clean it myself the dirty dark halls felt unsafe at nite

This hotel has a reputation that definitely is not the best but I can honestly say the new owner and staff have worked hard to turn this place around and they are still hard at work! The rooms are nice and clean and you cant beat the rates! I highly recommend this place to everyone and see for yourself the new ‘ugly’ motel!

The bed was very very comfortable. Polite staff

The wait in the lobby from 2:30- 7:20 pm. The virtual card didn't work. I had to pay full price. And still didn't get a refund

Room door opened to outside. Directly to my car. Very convenient.

Walls a bit thin. Could hear dog barking. Neighbors yelling. That’s not the hotel. That’s rude guests.

It's a complete positive turnaround from what it used to be, I was impressed and definitely satisfied esp for the price. It's a big hotel so I can't imagine how much $ time stress that all entails but I'm sure it's a lot and Paul seems to be going UP for sure. :)
