Christian was excellent help!! He directed me towards nearby places to eat and also helped me get my U-haul with tow behind situated in the parking lot for the night. Breakfast was awesome....hot tub was welcoming and at a great temperature. The whole property was very clean. I loved my stay and will definitely choose this chain again and again!

Nothing I didn't like.

It was nice they had a hot tub. They have a nice size fridge in the rooms. Staff was nice and seemed like they wanted to help. Good sized pool for kids to swim in. That’s about it that we liked. Location isn’t bad.

The room wasn’t super clean, shower was almost broke and out of date. Toilet barely flushed. Pool was ice cold sand hot tub was hot but water stunk and was a weird color. Beds were hard and not very comfortable. Their free breakfast wasn’t really worth going down for. I’ve stayed at many Americinn sand this was the worse one.

There was an issue with the TV. The gentleman at the desk was very helpful. He did end up just resetting the whole box for the cable. In the end it worked just fine. No issue.

There was a little painting or something going on with a ladder and other equipment in the hall but nothing crazy. You can tell they are improving the facility.

Large room, it even had a jacuzzi in it. I didn't use it but I was impressed. The staff was friendly. There's a cracker barrel across the street. So other than the fact I need to to rinse the bathtub out before use... great place to stay

If this hotel had an elevator I would rate it perfect! I can't believe how many two and three story hotels are being built today with no elevator.

I was a bit surprised by how worn out the furniture in the Room was. I was astonished by the completely worn out toilet seat. I actually have never seen one that has been sat on so many times that the paint was worn completely off.

The employees are always friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

The bed seemed awfully hard, but then I have a gel bed at home that's extremely comfortable. Also the lighting is not particularly conducive to reading because all the light is directed downward and not toward where a book would be.

I thought the facility was suppose to be non smoking but when I came out of my room in the morning the smoke was so strong I had to hold my breath to go to breakfast.

It was clean and plenty of room. T.v. was nice and large. The breakfast had a little bit of everything, which was nice. Everything in our room worked just fine and the location was just across the street from cracker barrel, our favorite restaurant. The staff were at the front desk 24 x 7, when we checked in at 1 am. They were very pleasant.

There were very few snacks in the vending machines, but by the time we left, there were a few to choose from. The pillows were comfy but half the size of normal pillows, which was weird.

Overall atmosphere is great. Has a rustic cabin feel. Kept very tidy.

Window on second floor overlooking pool looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in some time.

The receptionist was nice, and he helped us with whatever we needed.

The pool was freezing cold, and the hot tub wasn't all that clean. It sucked since I had a 1 yr old with me.
