I liked how clean the facility was in the rooms very nice. Very impressed. I was very impressed with the breakfast and how clean and hot. The food was how nice and orderly it was and how it was restocked every time it was low the breakfast was great and that’s a huge deal to me. The breakfast has to be good and you guys did excellent.

Only issue I had was my card to my room would always mess up. I always had to keep getting new keys and my digital key would never work. I don’t know if it’s a glitch in the system or the website or whatever is not working properly but other than that everything was fine.

Very clean and hard surface floors. Very neat concept and much cleaner than your normal carpeted room floors. Great quality of toiletries. Good snack bar area- was able to buy anything we needed while traveling with family. Pool was very clean

Walls were paper thin. We were in an adjoining room (we were not with the people next door). They came in very loud at 11 and woke us all up. Maybe look in to some insulation between the connecting doors?

We’ve stayed at a Tru before in Virginia. The Lincoln location was as to be expected with a spacious room, comfy bed and pillows, and yummy breakfast.

The only complaint I have is that the toilet flushing and water running in the back of it afterwards is very loud. I was awakened before 6 am when my son flushed the toilet. Loudest toilet ever!😂

Very clean, new hotel. They actually had a free breakfast with your basic breakfast needs. They also had a great selection of grab n go sundries if needed. I really liked the central location to shopping, eating, etc. Front desk was also very professional and kind even though we arrived very late in the evening.

We were right by an exit door so other guests leaving at 5am and slamming the door or coming in woke us up several times.

The front desk staff was FANTASTIC!!! Both staff members I encountered during my stay were GREAT. (We checked in just after 5:00pm on Feb 8th, I just cannot remember the name of the LOVELY lady who checked us in)

The TV and internet were down our whole stay. It was not a huge deal and we do realize that the incident was completely out of the hotels control.

The hotel was awesome! Our room was large and comfortable. The hotel is bright and cheerful. The lobby is very welcoming with places to see and relax. The breakfast had a good selection of food. There was even an automated pancake maker. It's a very modern concept in hotels.

The lobby and room were clean and seemed newly furnished. The elevator was big and can accommodate a family with their luggage easily. The free breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts that I’ve had. The shower was great!

It was a bit further from the highway, but worth it.

Friendly staff, hotel was clean and modern. Rooms were comfortable large. Breakfast was exceptional, Conveniently located to where we going to.

The only thing I dislike, and its just not this hotel but charging 25.00 fee for using card. Can you always count on that 25.00 dropping off the bill.

They did not have a room for us due to Booking messing up. They gave us 2 rooms to match what we needed! Staff were very nice and friendly! Very clean

Breakfast had no flavor and not many choices! Pool was small and so full of people hard to enjoy especially with little kids!

The style was modern, minimalistic. I was surprised at first, but it all worked well. Chosen because of the location and that it offered a shower (instead of tub/shower combo).

A second chair would have been nice.
