Unexpected levels of comfort, cleanliness, hospitality, efficiency, courtesy, design. And quiet!

The breakfast room is not equipped with enough tables and chairs. While beautifully decorated, it was a little crowded. We know how difficult it is to keep track of but there were obviously guests hosting large families to "free" breakfast from outside the hotel. This may not be a big impact on the hotel but the staff was struggling to keep enough food available. (It was Christmas so this is probably not a common problem). There was some trash accumulating in the parking lot which is not a good look. Otherwise very clean! When wet, the floors near the doors are very slippery and there were no mats.

Good breakfast, great staff. I never made it back in time for the social hour but I’ve heard it was good. I love the small kitchen and the bed was extremely comfortable. My only issue was I saw a big that looked like a beetle but wasn’t and it wasn’t a cockroach but either way, there was a large bug crawling in the bathroom area. Of the four nights I was there, I only saw it once on the first night. There was construction on the building going on and obvious improvements happening. I wouldn’t hesitate to book another week there again.

Cleanliness, wonderful breakfast, rooms were so comfortable and quiet. The bed alone was extremely comfortable and we love having a kitchenette -- especially the ice maker in the refrigerator option.

the only thing I didn't care for was the complication with figuring out the the tv. some channels weren't available on the 2nd tv - guide was the same. not sure what that was about.

Breakfast was hot, great and delicious. In a full kitchen suite the breakfast menu is on your full sized refrigerator in your kitchen.

I loved everything about our 8 day stay! Location, suite, amenities, pool, hot tub, free washer and dryer, gym, happy hour. Amazing stay.

We love this chain so much. The staff are always exceptional. Very kind and welcoming! Rooms are always very clean and my family of 4 loves that they have a kitchen in them. I'm a chef and even on breaks and vacations they still want me to cook and this is a wonderful option to not eat out all the time!

Nothing other than Google gave us the directions to the old location but that's not the hotel's fault!

The staff was great and accommodating

They really didn’t have much sugar free/carb free stuff for breakfast. Went to get some eggs and they were all out and when I asked the last doing the breakfast she was very short with me. Went up and spoke with the girls at the front desk and they were able to brainstorm with me!!

The breakfast was more extensive and better quality than the usual hotel breakfast fare. There was no clock or clock radio in the room. As I have found in most comparable rooms the bathroom lighting is not adequate for applying makeup. However the lighting you provide at the desk was an improvement,

Good location. Kitchen set was great. Washing facility is very good.

I thought the Internet was on and off, but my wife did not have problem with that. It may be because of my device. The lamp on the desk was on and off, uncomfortable when you work.

Breakfast is great. Room and linens are clean. Staffs are wonderful

We was greeted by a very friendly staff member as soon as we arrived to check in. He was very helpful by going over the hotel rules; he explained where everything was located; and how to get to our room without us asking. To our surprise there were full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap hanging in the shower.

We had no issues during our stay.
