It truly felt like home. The bed was comfy, and the internet connection was great. Loved the washer and dryer. I didn't use it, though. The kitchen had everything you needed to make meals. Breakfast options, wonderful!! Seasoned potatoes, bacon, scrambled eggs with cheese, and without. Waffles, pancakes, oatmeal, fruit, bagels, and toast. Yogurt, hard-boiled eggs. Sugar-free syrup. Apple, orange, cranberry juices. I can go on. Slushy and ice cream are available 247. Fresh warm cookies, certain days and hours, yummy 😋 pool area, and spa are outside, not too big. Great area with table and chairs outside overlooking the gardens. Computer area and gym available. Took some photos. We already booked our next visit.

I didn't like that it was freezing outside other than that everything was great.

Location, wonderful lobby and breakfast area with 24 hour access to get coffee, hot chocolate and free snacks (cookies, soft serve ice cream and slushies). The bed was very comfortable and loved that there was a full size washer/dryer.

The pool area was pretty much overtaken with families and kids on most days which made it impossible for adults to enjoy a swim or time in the jacuzzi. Maybe some adult time hours for swimming and stick to the posted rules of not allowing children under five in the jacuzzi. Not enough coffee in the room and nothing to wash dishes by hand. And OMG the refrigerator was so noisy, constant noise that was louder than the HVAC.

I've been going to Annabelle for years. It's the only place I stay in Lincoln. Any time I have ever had any kind of issue, it has been handled immediately without ever being made felt negatively. The staff is always exceptional, the rooms are always clean, and the price is incredible. Breakfast is a basic continental, with hot and cold options. The only complaint I have is the pillows are uncomfortable, we usually have to run to buy a pillow or bring from home. But staying there is worth that minor detail. We drive a little over an hour to stay at Anabelle to do a staycation in the city (we live rural) several times a year, so our trip is ALWAYS based around staying at this particular hotel. They have become a tradition, and I wouldn't have it any other way. If you are ever debating which hotel to stay at, whether for business or pleasure, pick this one. It feels like home both due to the rooms, and the village style.

liked having a small apartment to stay in rather than a small hotel room. Very nice landscaping and walking paths. We really enjoyed the big covered pavillion with all the tables and chairs near the pool, even on a 100 degree day it was shady and our famiy enjoyed time there alot. breakfast was god but each day there wree less choices- yogurt and fresh fruit missing most days. We just went to the grocery and kept what we wanted in our full size fridge. One of the best things was a full size washer and dryer in our unit, clean clothes are needd when your gone for more than 2 weeks!

Would like to see kitchen better stocked, dish soap and some baking pans and no fry pan at all. we went to the good will and picked up a baking sheet and a couple of coffee mugs that held more than 8 oz

I did not pay close enough attention to the photos to realize we were getting a room with a living room and a full kitchen. And such high quality everything! The full kitchen is wasted on an overnight stay, but it was beautiful. And very well stocked.

I liked everything. The only thing missing was a desk. If someone stayed there for a week of working, they would have to put their computer on a the kitchen counter and sit on a bar stool. We were just overnight so wasn't an issue The A/C in our room might not have worked, but we did not report it until morning. We were not bothered because it was an ok temperature--did not realize until morning that the room was warmer than the temperature was set at.

This my favorite place to stay in all of Lincoln. This place has become a tradition for my adolescent child and I to do our "staycations." Been going for years, we drive a 2hour round-trip to stay here. Everything about it is lovely, no matter the time of year.

The only complaint that I have (which is actually just preference) is we have had better breakfast other places. However the rest of the stay (rooms, esthetic, staff, beds, streaming options, cleanliness, quietness, snack options...) all make up for that.

The rooms were clean, attractive with in date furniture. The beds were comfortable. The bedding was very nice. We were in town for a surgery and this hotel provided quick access.

The tub was high and deep with no grab bars. The installation of grab bars could prevent a guest from falling. In trying to make reservations I called 5 times and could never get anyone to answer. I finally made reservations through a booking app, forfeiting the chance of a hospital rate.

I love Annabell because I have never seen another condo style hotel like this! I love all the freebies that come with booking a stay and the courtyard is amazing!!

In the larger suite with the loft, there is no circulation in the upstairs area. We ended up getting an additional room to fit our family lifestyle better but still loved the original!

I like that it was a full on 1 bedroom apartment with a washer and dryer. I didn't need to use it, but I like having the option. The unit was comfortable and it had a full kitchen and full size refrigerator! There are plenty of food options close by and within walking distance. There are free slushies, soft serve ice cream, juice, coffee, and water available in the lobby 24/7! The staff was friendly!

Because of the addition of the washer and dryer it makes the bathroom a lot smaller. There's barely enough room to put my toiletries and the bathroom itself is just cramped. The hot water cut out in the middle of my shower and I had to rinse the shampoo out of my hair with freezing cold water. The beds definitely gave me a backache. The soundproofing isn't great, you can hear people talking outside, people walking around in the room upstairs, and cars revving their engines off the main street. There were several younger groups of guests around the common areas which leads me to think this might be a popular hotel for parties or younger crowds.

The room was cozy and clean. Very clean grounds that are very well maintained. The staff was very friendly and polite. The breakfast was awesome. They saved us money by not having to go out to breakfast or grocery store for a 3 day trip. The 24 hr slushy machine and soft serve ice cream machine was a great amenity. Everything looks recently remodeled and new in the room. New cabinets, granite countertops, new toilet.

The price is a bit high for the location, but we needed a place that allowed our dog. The coffee maker is very cheap and not worth even using. We just went to the lobby and grabbed coffee instead. There was an outlet that didn't work, which happened to be the one the coffee maker was in front of. The lighting could be better, at least on the ground floor units. To open the curtains for more light during the day was not possible if getting dressed. An addition of a full-length mirror would be great, too.
