This is a great clean hotel in the middle of Lincoln! I was really shocked how much I loved my visit to Lincoln, and frankly this hotel is in the middle of everything I loved!

The staff was really annoying. I tried to get a wine bottle opener and it was like pulling teeth. I kind of feel like this hotel feels like they are WAY more posh than they actually are... That being said, the cleaning staff was AWESOME! Really enjoyed my interactions with those people, as opposed to my interactions with the front desk, which were pretty subpar.

Stopped over for one night during a road trip. Very comfortable room. Used valet parking, was quick and easy. Loved that there was courtesy hotel transport into town / restaurants to drop off and pick up. Staff in the bar restaurant were great and gave us lots of tips for our trip. We never ate in the hotel as we wanted to get out to see the town but menu looked good and would recommend.

No water provided in the room and no safe.

We staying in this hotel specifically because of it's downtown location. Parking was super-easy in the attached garage ($11.25 for over night). Staff was friendly during check-in, check-out, and during breakfast. Room as fine. We chose the buffet breakfast (included in our reservation) and it was more than adequate....scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, sausage links, bacon, pastries. We will definitely stay here again if we have activities in Downtown Lincoln.

We staying only one night, so it was just what we needed.

It was good. Buffet with other options from the kitchen. Waitress was exceptional.

Bar was understaffed at night. Staff was doing what they could but when you are overwhelmed, it's hard to provide good service. Manager was trying to help catch them up.

We were a large group there for a funeral. The hotel let us use their large meeting room to host our dinners and even provided us all water for the event. Great service!

We loved this place! Beautiful and clean and friendly. Comfy beds and furnishings. Spacious enough. Bathroom was clean and hair free. I cannot stand to find other peoples hair anywhere in the bathroom, which happens quite frequently elsewhere.

Very nice of them to have a shuttle to the concert venue, but lack of communication between front desk and drivers and guests was quite annoying. Lots of misunderstandings. Shout out to Jackie, whom I spoke with twice about shuttle service. She is the only one that gave clear, concise answers and information and carried through on them.

parking was expense not expected, we have a tall truck and so more challenging, front check in person did not fully explain any wifi, restaurant options or the parking options. I had to ask and then drive to the parking garage to find I was to tall for the one he told me about. we had to drive around to front and go in and ask another front desk person that was very helpful.

Starbucks and a restaurant in the hotel, A pool on the lower level and a good view from the room.

A hot tub by the pool would have been nice

Staff was great and the room was very clean. The only thing I felt they should of paid for was the $12 parking for me to stay at their facility
