Lovingly restored Lincoln mansion, in a quiet historic neighborhood. Rooms were gorgeous, with lovely antique furniture and furnishings, yet everything modernized. Comfortable beds and high quality linens. Huge front porch on which to relax on summer evenings. Very welcoming and responsive host. Highly recommended. Will definitely return.

Nothing-we loved it.

We stayed in the Norma Room on the third floor while in Lincoln for our daughter’s graduation, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The entire house was spotless and beautifully maintained. The staff were friendly, attentive, and eager to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was ideal, with quick and easy access to downtown Lincoln where our main events were held. Breakfast each morning was delicious and such a lovely way to start the day. We’re so glad we chose this B&B and would happily stay again!

The bed was softer than we personally prefer, but that comes down to taste. We also didn’t realize that daily housekeeping was available, so we ended up making do with one towel and washcloth for three days—that was on us for not asking. Even so, the stay was comfortable and welcoming, and we’d happily return next time we’re in town.

The charm of this home was exceptionally spectacular, the photos do not do it justice. I could not find a SPECK of dirt, dust, or stray hair anywhere- 11/10 for cleanliness! The host was kind and welcoming. We stayed in the Marilyn Room and thought it was absolutely stunning, the bathroom had modern updates and it was large enough to fit a pack and play and a couple air mattresses if needed! This was in August, the temps that day were in the 90's, yet for being on the 3rd floor, the room was nice and cool. It was a 10 minute drive to Memorial Stadium.

There was not a single thing I would have changed about this stay.

The street it is located on is gorgeous for starters. You are immediately lifted up when you turn the corner. The home is museum quality but also comfortable. Todd is a terrific host and ready to give details on the property and its restoration. Gotta love the chairs that came from the Casey Kasey estate! There is beauty everywhere, the bathroom was roomy, good coffee and a continental breakfast, good air conditioning.We would stay here again in a minute! For what is on offer here, the price is totally fair.

There was nothing to dislike about this place

The property is located on a quiet, scenic boulevard, yet it is near busier arterial streets that allow you to get around Lincoln quickly. The property itself is gorgeous, on the National Historic Register, and furnished in period style with hundreds of antiques making it a beautiful place to stay. Our room was spacious with comfortable bedding a smart TV and a clawfoot tub/shower combination that gave us plenty of hot water. The staff is friendly and you will enjoy the breakfast service!

What an Absolute Joy!! This is an amazing place to stay!! The caring staff is exemplary and thorough in every conceivable manner. The facilities are not only historic and incredibly beautiful, but also nestled into a beautiful landscape,/quiet neighborhood conveniently located in Lincoln. I can't imagine how anyone could ask for a better room anywhere. Really. I mean that. Thank you for being so incredibly kind and for the best linens in the entire Midwest on a great, very comfortable bed surrounded by green views and good people! I hope we are blessed enough to get to stay here again!

It was perfect.

We were greeted once we arrived by the owner - he’s fantastic - and taken on a tour of the entire property (this was much welcomed after a 9 HR drive). The history and richness of love that was put into the restoration of such a beautiful home was fascinating and delightful to learn about! Our room was just a slice of heaven from this restoration project and the time and effort to really capture the essence of a home from the 1900s showed. Every intricate detail of the property was well-thought and loved back to its former glory. My husband and I both enjoyed our stay and will likely return when we visit up north again. Thank you for a lovely visit and most comfortable accommodations!

Tayleigh is your host for the continental breakfast & made it an extremely welcoming & interactive, helpful, and attentive. Personalised the breakfast by interacting well with the guests.

I am so happy we stayed at Martha's Bed and Breakfast. We were in Lincoln for a family gathering and many of my family members stayed at nearby hotel chains. We enjoyed luxurious sheets and a beautiful accomodation filled with antiques. Our room and bathroom were perfectly clean. My family members gathered on the first floor and porch of the building and everyone admired the property and wished they had chosen to stay at Martha's. The manager was really lovely and helpful -- he even ironed my husband's shirt! We were able to park our car on the driveway which was really convenient. We had to leave super early in the morning, so we were unable to take advantage of breakfast. We will absolutely stay again next time we are in Lincoln.

There was nothing we didn't like about the property.

Breakfast was tasty. The dining room was beautiful with original woodwork, lovely dishes, and wonderful conversation with other guests and our server. Breakfast will be even better when the facility has permission to use its kitchen to cook.

A few more menu options would have been nice. Food choices were limited.
