The room was very clean, and beds were so comfortable ! The pool was nice along with a decent sized hottub! Free cookies and ice water as you walk in at front desk too. Other snacks and drinks along with alcohol beverages are available at front desk as well. Loved the brightly colored themes in the rooms! Also the TV had a greeting on the screen that had my name and said welcome which was pretty neat too!

It was just a tad bit hard to find. But not a big deal at all! And also the frint desk staff was not the friendliest or warmest during the night time hours. She always had a frown upon her face as we walked by unfortunately.

Location was quiet, not on a busy street. Facility was very clean, staff very friendly. Breakfast was okay, coffee very good. Fresh, warm cookies at check-in desk!

The only hotel we have stayed in where free WiFi was only accessible if you signed up for their rewards program.

The room was very clean and comfortable and had both a refrigerator and microwave. The location was convenient and I felt safe staying here - the hotel offered plenty of parking near the building and doors were also locked at 11 PM for building security purposes. Breakfast was an average hotel continental breakfast, but there were plenty of different options.

The room was on the small side and the building is dated. Signs in the lobby suggest a makeover is in the works, though! Only real complaint is the shower curtain was totally useless. Definitely put down the bath mat and an extra towel or two, because the floor WILL get wet.

I'm traveling with my cat. even though I paid a 50 fee to bring my pet in, she was not allowed to be outside ger kennel, nor did she or us sleep because she was miserable trying to get out to be with us.

We've stayed at this Hampton Inn & Suites before when we were driving cross country. We stayed here this time since it's a hop, skip and a jump from my friend's mother's house who we were visiting. We love the cleanliness of this hotel, the free parking and free breakfast. We had a 2 queen bed room and the beds were comfortable, although not as soft as we prefer. As with most hotels there isn't enough light in the rooms so it was a bit on the darker side. Also the electrical outlets were a bit loose so we weren't able to charge anything in the lights next to the beds, but had to use only the ones across the room. The hotel was still using Covid-19 protocols so they left notices stating that unless you were there for only 1 day they wouldn't be doing room cleanings during our stays. We were able to get fresh towels after day 2 by asking the housekeeper in the hallway and she also emptied our trash and had our toilet plunged one time when it clogged. We found the staff to be very helpful and accommodating. The breakfasts were pretty good. I'm not a fan of the Denver Omelette breakfast, but the cheese omelette was very nice. We drove to Village Inn for breakfast one morning to try something different. There are tons of places to eat nearby for lunch and dinner (the Runza restaurant was fantastic and has a very nice dining room). All in all, we really like this Hampton Inn & Suites and plan on staying here again in the future. There's plenty of free parking and we even saw they had put out cookies one night which I haven't seen at any Hampton Inn & Suites since the pandemic began, so that's a great sign!

I'm allergic to peppers, so the Denver Omelette was my one dislike, but that's just me. But the lemon potatoes at breakfast made up for it ;o) They were very yummy.

Breakfast was very good and the waffle Maker worked excellently!

The grand kids liked the pool too much and I found it difficult to make them leave.

Excellent and the staff was very nice and very cheerful ❤️the breakfast staff was just so friendly made us feel very special.

Everything was fantastic. We had absolutely no complaints.

Breakfast was good daily they changed the heated products whi h is nice and the rooms were largand beds were comfortable.

Lobby breakfast was very good and staff very helpful.

Pillows. Also good to have an audio out jack to bluetooth tv quoetly while my partner sleeps.

Free breakfast can not be beat. Lots of choices and great tasting

I am use to a more firm bed but had no real problem comfort wise.
