The hotel was so clean!! Room size was quite large and very comfortable. I was able to easily get work done and reorganize my things. Parking and check-in were both super simple, and the staff was so welcoming. After a long day of travel, it was an excellent place to stay! I felt very safe as a solo traveler and would definitely stay here again!

Walls are a bit thin. Easy to hear people going up/down the halls and neighbors next to, or above, you. Nothing too distracting, but noticeable.

Breakfast was decent. Good selection of both hot and cold options. Pool was open and clean. Beds were comfortable.

Didn't really care for the cheese in the eggs because I cant have cheese. I would have liked a no cheese option for the scrambled eggs during breakfast. I'm not sure the bathtub was cleaned as there was multiple pieces of hair and debris in it. That made me question the bedding, which I then carefully examined before using the bed.

Location was perfect! Gas station next door, restaurants and a Walmart across the street. It was perfect!!! Bed was comfy and loved the pillows. Everything was as expected and everything worked and was extremely convenient!

Breakfast was meh and just not enough seating for how many people were there. The pool was nice but wouldn’t say it’s the best.

Wish I would have stayed another day. Bed was very comfortable, room was clean, . Breakfast was very good. That pancake maker was awesome. The only bad thing was there was barely any milk left. Otherwise perfect.

I didn’t get to use the pool. There was a lot of children. Suggestion keep it open later or open it earlier. Breakfast was good only not enough milk. I had asked lady for salsa she gave me hot sauce

Breakfast was excellent—the cinnamon rolls are always amazing—one of the reasons I stay at HIE. I can not resist the biscuits and gravy! The individual Keurigs are nice.

We didnt get the room i was booked and without a second thought the gentleman at the counter moved us to a different one more like what I'd booked. Super awesome service! My family and I had a great stay!

Good location

We were right beside an outside door and everytime it was used it made a very loud bang when it shut that woke us up. And you could hear all of the water running and flushing in our room from other guests

The location was great, near my travel route. This hotel chain seldom disappoints in comfort and cleanliness.

Small lobby and breakfast spot. Room was fine and shower was great pressure.

I requested a first floor room and I did get it. It was right next to the outside door which worked very well for me since I had my dog with me. I will stay here on my way back to Colorado.

Excellent choices for breakfast and set up well for quick serve. Food was hot and tasty.

Honestly can’t think of anything I didn’t like.
