This AmericInn is along the Nebraska Parkway in booming south Lincoln, across from Walmart and many other shopping/eating offerings. The rooms are huge with microwave, fridge, decent shower, somewhat firm mattress, and desk/chair. The free breakfast has eggs, meat, biscuits, gravy, and many other options. There is an small indoor pool that kids seemed to love. The staff were ready to help.

The rooms are quite bare with little wall decorations etc -- this was not a problem for me. The in-room coffee maker was clumsy but there is coffee available in the lobby.

Loved the cleanliness and modern styling of the room, hot water right away in the bath, good scent in the soaps. Good amount of towels that are outside of the bathroom which is nice so they dont get steamed up while showering. Lovely breakfast area, though it does get a bit congested when a lot of people are in it. Nice staff and the pre-check in process made it really quick to get to our room when we arrived. Also loved the area it was in, coincidentally right next to the stores and places I wanted to go.

Honestly, I don't think we had any issues whatsoever.

This place was excellent, we stay in the city every year for my daughters birthday and stay at many varieties of places and I couldn't have been more comfortable then I was here. First off, the day of our stay, I received a text from the hotel offering for me to send a message with any requests or questions if needed before we got there, i text them to ask about arriving late after the concert and they told us that is totally fine and to enjoy our concert. When we arrived my daughter had shut her finger in the door, the lady behind the counter gave us multiple bandaids and the next morning, gave us a baggie and recommended filling it with ice(which was so helpful) for our ride back home. Thank you for your kindness here, I don't normally leave reviews but this hotel has amazing staff that deserve to be praised! The rooms were clean and comfortable, I never had to even look at the thermostat because it was comfortable right when we got in there. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was all set up right at or a a few minutes before as we were leaving. Thank you guys so much, we will be planning our birthday trips for around that area from now on so we can stay here!

Everything was perfect

The late night front desk attendant was kind and courteous. The room was huge!! It was also so clean! The bed was so comfortable!! I slept like the dead!! The hot water was really hot and the shower had a lot of pressure. Breakfast had biscuit and heavy, sausage patties, cheese omelets, cereal, toasty bread, fruit, yogurt, and waffles! But... they had a Belgian waffle maker that had four individual rounds, which made it so I could cook just 1 small waffle for me!! I hate waisting food. They had these cool circular stickers to give a shout out to your housekeeper. It was awesome!!

The only thing that I found fault in was that the bathroom fan didn't work, and some jack nut was smoking pot, and our hallway had enough residual smoke that I couldn't go out in it. The night desk attendant took her nightly tour a little early. By the next morning, the pot smoke was gone. You can't control what stupid people will do, so I do not fault the hotel for that.

Room was very nice, clean and comfortable! I would stay there again! We didn't care for the flavor of sausage and sausage gravy. Didn't care for the little omelet flavor either. We usually do. So maybe it's the brand they use. I couldn't eat any of it. My husband ate a little gravy biscuit and that's it. He said he didn't care for the flavor of any of the hot food. We didn't try the waffle though. We ended up eating yogurt. That was good. Overall I would stay again.

The kind of room we needed was available and reasonably-priced. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was roomy and well-equipped, there were plenty of electrical and electronics plug-in places, the breakfast looked good and people seemed to be enjoying it as we went in for coffee for the road.

They could have had more places to hang wet towels in the bathroom, and I wish there had been a luggage rack in addition to the built-in one they had.

The staff at the front desk are always caring and go out of their way to accommodate the guest.

The cable company scheduled to be at our room at 0800am so we woke up at 0700am and they arrived in the late afternoon. I was scheduled for surgery this day. The front desk told the cable company to do our room first because we had to get to the hospital for my surgery. Front desk associate was not happy that they did not arrive at 0800 as planned.

The staff was great! Always attentive to your needs. We had issues with moving into our house and had to stay at the hotel for a few months while we worked out some issues. The staff was excellent understood and did a wonderful job.

The jacuzzi tub was great. Loved the fact that they accepted pets so we didn't have to burden anyone with our furry family member. The pool was fun. And it's in the best location close by where we needed to be daily.

Breakfast was good with lots of options. Nice staff. Room was clean. Parking lot well lit. I'd definitely go again.

The room updates' construction finishing wasn't the greatest, but my husband is a master carpenter and notices those kinds of details. Kids were noisy in the hallway at night, but that eventually stopped so was tolerable.

If you want a quiet night, this place is for you! Even though there's a train track behind the hotel, it's not intrusive and we only saw one train during our stay. Staff are friendly and it was very clean. The breakfast was much better than most, with good coffee. It's definitely off the big highways, so a bit of a drive to get there.

The flooring in the rooms is a bit weird, seems to be a bit sticky. And the towels are not very large.
