The motel is very original. It’s on the border of two states Utah and Nevada which makes it quite cool. The staff is incredible. We were welcomed with open arms and celebrated my friend’s 60th birthday in the bar of the motel. It was a blast. At same time it has amazing serenity and beauty with the views of the vistas and mountains.

The property was nice all around.

It was a very basic place to stay within 9 miles of Great Basin National Park and when you don't plan far ahead it was fine for 2 nights. People were very frustrated

The room has no t.v., radio, or clock. A simple clock would be good . There was no security lock on the door.

Great location close the Great Basin National Park. It was nice having the restaurant & bar on site. Joe who checked us in and later served us drinks and food was fantastic! So friendly and made us feel welcome. After reading comments I wasn't sure about this place. It is a more rustic hotel but everything was very clean and towels were extra fluffy. There was no TV but we didn't care about that.

The location is excellent for if you'd like to go see Great Basin National Park, as the park is just a quick 8 minute drive to the entrance from the hotel itself. It's a pretty standard motel, with decorations that are specific to the area. We had a microwave and a mini fridge, bathroom with shower and towels, bed with the right sized pillows, one for each person, and a table that my boyfriend could work at with ease. Parking is right in front of the room so moving items in and out of the car was easy, and Wi-Fi worked great which is always pleasant to find. We bring around three plushies as pillows and when housekeeping came by they arranged them so that they were hugging which was the cutest thing I had ever seen before in my entire life. Great stay overall.

Nothing in particular, I guess I'd have to say this is a relatively remote location so you just have to trust that when you hear howling winds outside it's just cause it's windy and nothing scary happening out there. If you're a light sleeper I'd say pack some earplugs since the air conditioner was not the most quiet, but in my opinion, if it works, it works.

It was exactly what we needed driving across country. Easy and simple!! We needed to rest our heads, the bed was so comfortable, we slept like babies! The shower felt so good, it was hot and great water pressure. Nothing fancy, but it served a great purpose; rest, quiet, a shower, and friendly and helpful employees.

The price could have been a little less. Over all, do not go in expect the Ritz Carlton and you will not be disappointed.

We didn't realize there was no TV in the room, but actually that was a plus in relaxing for the evening. The small grocery store in the main building allowed us to buy items for breakfast. It was a convenient location for visiting Great Basin National Park which is a gem to explore.

Location was excellent. Breakfast is good and cheap. Very clean rooms and perfectly convenient. Employees were very helpful and juggling a lot of tasks.

Give them some help by hiring some PT employees

A simple place with all necessary amenities for a one-night stay. If your goal is to visit Great Basin NP then this is a good choice, decent price with a good restaurant on-site.

The room is small, hair dryer was missing but just ask for it. No cup for hot drinks but go and ask for it.

The location was good (particularly the proximity to Great Basin National Park), the rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly.

Despite reviews claiming that the restaurant had vegan options and the restaurant having a vegetarian menu, virtually none of the items on the vegetarian menu (let alone anything vegan) were actually available (Monty Python cheese shop anyone ?).
