Both me and wife loved Lesley, who took the time and patience we us. I especially appreciate Lesleys friendly and welcoming personality. Definitely would stay here again, because of Lesleys welcoming personality. Definitely a 5 star to me and my wife!
Only dislike would be the room not having the convenience of some necessities like mini fridge, coffee maker or even a microwave. Other that nothing else.

Location was perfect, one block from Fremont street experience. Property was cute and clean. The hotel staff was the friendliest most helpful staff ever! Made the stay fun
No mini fridge, or on-site parking. Had to park across the street.

Quiet and accessible with very comfortable beds and better Wi-Fi than the fancy hotel we stayed at for a family wedding. The staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome and made it easy to get settled in. We found a great local coffee shop, restaurants, and shopping that we could browse around in that were away from the busyness of Fremont Street, but could go back there anytime we wanted.

At the very end of Fremont Street of "tourist" Downtown Las Vegas kitty corner to the Container park. A few homeless on the streets a downtown Las Vegas goes - but not back. Did have parking available. Little bar area and friendly staff. Rooms are small but clean - Great if you are not focused on a luxury room but are there to be gambling at the nicer hotels up the street and enjoying the vibe and other amenities of downtown Las Vegas rather than the Strip hotel experience. Younger crowd staying there saving money for other Vegas adventures in the area.
Some crazy homeless guy yelling early on an early Monday morning on the three day weekend. Cops took care of it pretty fast. it happens. The check in process is a little bit confusing but makes sense once you figure it out.

We liked that the nice space the room had and it was very clean. Water pressure is really good. We are given key cards, and we activate them ourselves in the lobby computer after payment. We like there's a parking lot for guests to use, well lite and with security. We didn't have time to play golf, but it was really cute space for it. Coffee and Ice is free. The location is fine for adults... walking distance : downtown Freemont, container plaza, liquor store close by. Yes, you do view a few homeless sleeping on sidewalk but nothing seemed dangerous.
We had to ask the staff at the front desk how to check in for our reservation. Meaning we weren't approached by them, it was obvious we were new . The fire pit outside wasn't on long enough for us to enjoy. It was on during what is normal dinner time but was off by 8 pm on Friday . TV remote didn't have cable service that was on the TV service card. The reception was grainy at times. We had an upstairs room at the back, and it wasn't easy to find. We had to ask the front desk person to give us guidance again. It was obvious we were new and would need to be told how to find it. You need to add a little map by the computer that you make keys with.

Stayed here for a full week May 2024. My first time here...room was clean and beds comfortable. The staff was fantastic. Lovely reception when I first arrived (and throughout the stay by Lesley, Dee and Asia, while Frankie and Shaq manned the nighttime lobby bar). Speaking of which, the bar in the reception lobby was a huge draw for me personally. I was in Las Vegas for a music festival and knew many of the patrons of the Downtowner during this stay. Getting back late at night it was common to see my old friends (and new ones!) sitting at the bar so we often saw the sun come up down there. Decent pool across the street with plenty of umbrellas and chairs. Location is great, very close to Container Park and the Fremont Street Experience. I would most definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
Only criticism I had was the TV reception was a bit fuzzy in my room and the room of one of my friends as well, however for the little time I spent in the room it didn't matter much.

The staff was great, very kind and very helpful. There was free parking. Close to everything. No traffic mess around. The gym had good equipment.
The room is not fancy, but has the essentials. A lot of homeless people in the area. We thought it was a hotel when we book it, but turns out it was a Motel. Pillows were not comfortable.

The property is open! it has a mini golf course, pool out in front of the property and a little fitness center. I like that they have a 24 hour bar and little snack display. overall cheap and slightly outside the strip but still within a good distance. The rooms are spacious and felt like I was at home and not a motel like one would think the interior design is cute!
our rooms smelled like cigarettes even with the windows closed. we were very scared that this would affect our deposit since we didnt. but other than everything was to our liking!

The staff were very friendly. Especially the night staff woman who's name I can't think of . But she was very friendly and helpful. Location was great for downtown. Close to Fremont Street. Would recommend spending more time Downtown than on the Strip. Bars and Casinos are more enjoyable. But if you do want to go to the strip it is only about 10 mins in Uber/Lyft. About $20-25 depending on time of day. I recommend Uber/Lyft over using the Deuce which stops every 500 meters. And takes about an hour to get to the strip. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good value hotel with comfortable rooms and a good location. If you are looking for a more relaxing trip lying by the pool maybe this not the place for you. But if in Vegas for a good time would most definitely recommend this hotel.
Very little didn't enjoy. Only thing can think of is air conditioning could be doing with upgrade. Felt like was warm air coming out . Wasn't much of an issue this time of year but in summer it could be a problem.

Ice machine main floor by the golf putting course.
