The gym and pool were very nice. I also appreciated that they had covered parking areas. The room was spacious and the location was good for the price. You can cheaply Uber to the strip and other places if you don’t want to use or have a car.

The room looked clean, but when you wiped things, it wasn’t clean. The tub was dirty too. I also did not like being called and confronted with constant requests to see their property and hear the timeshare talk.

The location is great, close enough to the strip and many restaurants and grocery stores. Small and cozy resort. The staff was polite and friendly and helpful when needed. Easily provided Extra towels , linen and soap supplies.

The entry doors are very heavy and many guests let the doors slam. Better than hearing loud families with small children but still annoying to constantly hear doors slamming. The rug was filthy. The coffee maker still had coffee in it from previous guests. The ice maker in the freezer didn't work. The toilet bowl wasn't clean. Good thing I broght lysol wipes to clean! The water pressure was very low in the shower. The pool water was clean and clear but around on the ground by the tables and chairs there were many small leaves and pine needles some in the pool and hot tub. The grounds didn't seem to be cared for daily. It was annoying to walk on pine needles and plucking them out of the water. Even fake plastic fingernail tips found around the pool.

Everything about the staff and the service and the property itself was excellent.

On 108 degree day. After we checked out, we were sitting in the lobby, trying to figure out our Uber ride and where to sit prior to our flight, we had late checkout and several hours to kill. The fire alarm went off twice we went to sit in a chair behind the lobby and grab some ice because it was very hot outside and Security walked by and eyed us. In all my days of travel, I’ve never experienced anything like this. It’s kind of felt like being distrusted like a vagrant walking off the street and into a hotel. Instead of a guest checking out and trying to figure out their Uber situation inside instead of outside on a very warm day.

We stay here every summer, and sometimes thru out the rest of the year for a random weekend getaway for about 6 5 years now. We love how clean the facility is, and how safe we feel here. The gate closes at 5pm, and if you don't have a key, you cannot come in. My favorite thing about staying here, is the text options. If you need anything, you can just text the front desk rather than having to call, or walk to the front office. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, it is very easy to talk with them. The pool is always sparkling clean, and the perfect temp. We made the mistake of staying at a place that claimed to be better than here, never again. If were coming to Vegas, were staying here, no exceptions. I have high standards, and high expectations, they exceed them, year after year! Thank you Hilton for always drawing us back! See you next year!

My only "complaint" is that the dishes could be better. I appreciate that they are even offered, but I would love to see them back to how they used to be. The bowls are so shallow, you can't even fit a whole soup in one bowl. I also noticed that the blow dyer had been downgraded, again, I appreciate that there even is one, but it took me about 15 minutes to dry my hair.

Absolutely everything. This place is being carefully managed, the maintenance of the place is impecable, all areas are in pristine conditions, including the rooms, kitchen, balcony, etc. The staff is very well trained as well, therefore they are very much customer oriented and very accommodating of general requests. The rooms have all the necessary amenities in it, including dish washing, detergent, coffee, salt, etc. It is the perfect place for families as well as couples looking for a quiet place to rest and relax after the parties or whatever you came to do in Vegas. We will be back here. Kudos to all staff and other guests as well who behave very respectfully with other fellow guests.

A Truly Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! We’ve stayed at this hotel twice now, and both experiences have been absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and easy – the check-in and check-out processes were quick and hassle-free, which really set the tone for a great stay. The accommodations are spacious and thoughtfully designed. The bed was super comfortable, and the entire place had a cozy, welcoming feel. One of the highlights for us was the fully equipped kitchen – it had everything: a fridge, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher – even a washer and dryer, which is a big plus for longer stays. You can really make yourself at home here. The amenities are excellent. There are two pool areas – one calm and relaxing for adults, and another one for kids. The pools are perfectly positioned so they get sun all day, which is great if you love lounging and swimming in warm sunshine. There are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas for shade when you need it, and you can easily get fresh towels for the pool at the reception. There’s also a jacuzzi outside, perfect for relaxing, as well as outdoor grill stations – and the reception even provides grill supplies if you need them. The staff at the front desk are super friendly and considerate, always happy to help. Inside, there’s more to enjoy: a pool table, a comfy TV room/lounge, and an ice machine for guests. Everything is well maintained and set up with guest comfort in mind. Location-wise, it’s very convenient. By car, it’s only about 10 to 15 minutes to the Las Vegas Strip, the airport, and major supermarkets. Public transport options to the Strip are also available. For quick essentials, there are nearby gas stations and small shops just a few minutes away. Overall, we were so impressed with this place that we booked it again without hesitation. And if we ever return to Las Vegas, this will definitely be our top choice.

We had a 2 bed 2 bathroom suite. It was huge. The kitchen was really well stocked with utensils and everything you would need. We had full laundry facilities in the suite too. The pool area was great. Free cold fresh water and coffee making facilities in lobby great.

We booked this accommodation based on it being described as having a free shuttle service to and from The Strip on an evening. When we arrived, we were told that they stopped providing this service last year. This was disappointing and meant we had to pay extra for parking by using our car to get there or paying for Ubers. If we had known this, we would not have chosen this property. However the property itself was fantastic

The staff was incredibly friendly and gracious and accommodating. The beds were comfortable, everything in the room was in good repair and immaculate. (To be honest, I thought it was a tad overpriced until after a day I realized how very clean everything was.) There is plenty of covered parking. The air conditioning works great. The kitchen has enough tools and appliances for cooking or rewarming. There is a Keurig machine in the common area between the pool & registration (but also drip coffee in the room). Closet space, luggage racks, hangers ... you're all set. There isn't daily housekeeping but the room has a dishwasher and a broom with dustpan for tidying. Also, you can gather all your towels into a bag and call for an exchange np! There is a Walgreen's and a Starbucks at the end of the block in one direction, a filling station with a small grocery market, then three other filling stations, within one block. You can fill up and get snacks on the way out of town, np!

The handrail up to our room was metal 🔥That's fine but it can't be used. If you have any mobility issues or an injury, you should request the ground floor, depending on the weather forecast.

The resort is in an excellent location, close to the strip but out of the terrible congestion of traffic. The room was as big as a 1 bedroom apartment and had everything I might need. I wasn't expecting there to be a washing machine and dryer which was a big bonus. The huge king bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and spacious. The towels were beautifully soft and clean. The staff was very courteous and kept in touch with me to see if I needed anything. The grounds were very well kept and attractive. This is my new favorite place to stay in Las Vegas.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like about this resort.

Quiet. There is no noise outside during the day when trying to sleep. Not sure about the evening. It is Vegas. No one is in their room in Vegas before 2am! Comfortable beds. Excellent kitchen with all the amenities. There are plenty of extra towels in the room, plus pool towels. Ice maker in the kitchen. Felt like a home away from home.

Tried to immediately re-book for next year for the same dates, and they doubled their price. DEFINITELY NOT worth over $1300 for 3 days. Unreal. I paid half that price. It's Vegas!!! We are there to just sleep, shower, cook a quick small meal, and adventure on to what Vegas has to offer. Doubling the price for the same dates the next year ensures customers will NOT return, nor will they recommend to their family, friends, and colleagues.
