Breakfast was terrible and very very busy. The room was perfect for our family of 5. Front desk people were always short with us, and seemed bothered to be there. They were all very unprofessional except for one guy I believe who was the assistant manager. All the other staff we'd see in the elevator or in the halls were very nice. I was overcharged for the food items bought from the hotel store. Not very close to the strip without needing a uber or car. Overall the stay was ok but not worth the price.

Large size king room, very clean and comfortable, excellent bed and more than decent sofa for the kids. Excellent breakfast. Parking included. Definitely worth the money. 20 min walk to Bellagio fountains.

If walking, be aware that from the opposite point of the strip (Bellagio is the closest one), it might be difficult and expensive-ish to Uber back at high hours. Walking is acceptable as long as your kids don't go on a strike. Not really a problem. The value for the money is high indeed.

1) Location is good; proximal to the strip. 2) Very spacious suites! We were really satisfied by the size of the suite (4 adults). The beds were super big and we really felt very comfortable! There were two en-suite bathrooms and also plenty of room for our clothes to be stored. 3) Cheap parking 15 USD per night! This is cheaper compared to other hotels. 4) Facilities were also nice.

1) Breakfast was really poor and eaten using plastic cutlery. This did not make a good impression. 2) Could be slightly cheaper.

We had a suite for six adults (3 beds, no sofabed) and it worked nicely for such crew. Everything was clean and working well. The breakfast was good (but when it ends it really ends, the staff made sure of that). The laundry room was great addition and we did enjoy the pool. It is a walking distance (not very short) from the strip so driving wasn't necessary.

Getting back the cover charge (credit card) took very long time. You should be aware if you have a limit in the credit card.

The Staff varied between GREAT and good (and couple has zero idea where anything is in the town). Otherwise, very accommodating! All clean & comfortable.. Great night's rest! Only issue is the gym was heated up to VERY hot (Front Desk said they thought maybe the a/c went out). Good breakfast too!

Just how challenging it is to get to the strip without having to pay exorbitant ride fees!!

The breakfast was lovely and it was great how it wasn’t the same thing on offer every day. Location is great, super easy to get over to the strip but it’s nice and quiet, would be a great place for those who aren’t all about the casino life or families too. The pool was great! The restaurant at the neighbouring Hilton Garden Inn was really yum and you get a discount for staying at Homewood Suites. The room was perfect too and had everything we needed and more. We got an early check in free of charge too!

The laundry facilities were pricey compared to other hotels. Most of the staff were LOVELY but there were a couple that were a bit stand offish, but maybe we caught them at a bad time.

Really nice hotel, breakfast was delicious, plenty of options and different every day. Room was large & clean & everything you needed. Bed was really comfortable also.

Location could have been better, it looks closer to the strip than you think, not as easy as just crossing the road. If on foot you have to walk a good bit down the road and turn back on yourself to get across the bridge and over a small walkway which doesn't feel particularly safe. Takes a good 20/25 mins. We got an overpriced taxi the other nights.

It was clean and away from the busyness.

The breakfast was a little dry. The couple of front desk staff was not as welcoming. Felt like they were just ‘doing their job’ to greet people without good intentions of providing quality customer service. There was one person and I didn’t get her name but she had a beautiful smile when we walked in and welcome us back. Her greeting was felt.

I liked the size of the room, the amenities were nice, updated and clean. The breakfast was an awesome addition with alot of options. Great value for the money spent.

The fridge in the kitchen had a bad smell, assuming from cleaning it after previous clients. Everything else was great.

The staff here are first class and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is basic but sufficient for a good start to the day. It's a 15 minute walk to the strip which was tough for the first day or two, but then you won't notice it. The pool is great - hot tub probably a bit too warm. The only problem I had was my $100 deposit not being returned to my card - I hope it will be resolved soon. But i would definitely go back here.

The extra walking distance to the strip due to roadworks, but this is not the fault of the hotel. And that my card wasn't refunded but I am confident that Hilton will resolve this.
