Really good hotel, a bit dated. Could do a bit of renovation, but its well maintneed. Rooms are big.

Bit noisy. I'm not a heavy sleeper and I got woken up a few times by the noise of the planes, cars, parties nearby. Nothing major but take that into account if you're a light sleeper

I felt like I may have been in maybe not the best part of Las Vegas not because of the hotel but based on the Walgreens that I went to that is directly across. Breakfast was decent although Sunday morning I went down for coffee and as I was drinking my coffee I swallowed something that was in the bottom of the cup. There was some kind of plastic in my cup, and I ended up throwing up all over my hotel room in the sink.

Everything was fine. I only had concerns as to what I was drinking in my coffee that caused me to throw up and feel nauseous that day.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Place during our trip to Las Vegas. Its perfect location allowed us to walk to the NBA Summer League at UNLV. The hotel offers a convenient shuttle to the Strip, which was a huge benefit since we didn't need to rent a car. The breakfast was great, the hotel was very clean, and the pool was excellent. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was great but gets busy after 8 am. The hotel was very clean overall, though our room was not cleaned one of the five nights, which was frustrating.

Conveniently located. Walking distance to good eating places and convenient stores. Hotel provided breakfast. Very clean. Liked the shower dispensers which smelled good and reduced plastic consumption.

No hand soap or soap bar or hand soap dispenser in the rooms.

It was close enough to the strip. Even being so close to the airport we didn’t hear once a plan flying by. The breakfast was actually pretty good. The staff are always willing to help out with your needs or questions, especially if you are from out of town.

Even thought the pool was closed the manager told us we can go to some pools in the area and bring the receipt back for a reimbursement. Of course we still had to drive to a different location but atleast they had options.

Safe and clean. Staff was nice and kept everything stocked. Breakfast was simple, yet delicious and filling.

Broken ice machine on our floor, but only a very minor inconvenience. Otherwise, great.

Very friendly staff. Good location for Las Vegas. Within walking distance of the Thomas and Mack center. The breakfast provided was delicious. Very clean. Lovely waiting area.

My shower made this high pitch noise whenever I used the hot water. The TV was placed in a very awkward place for me and my friend to watch.

Very poor Wifi connection. Not at all accessible in our room (6th floor). You have to go to the lobby/breakfast area to get any work that requires internet connection done. pretty small gym for the hotel’s capacity in my opinion. Had to wait on other users the times I needed to use it, or someone was waiting on me to be done.

It’s a lovely location on Paradise road. It is close enough to the Las Vegas Strip. Beside the hotel is a 24 hour CVS. There is also a Subway, Funkin Fonuts, Tropical cafe (smoothies and healthy snacks), 7/11 and other stores across the hotel. These places are atleast a 1-2 minutes walk. The breakfast was nice. I really liked that. The gym was however smaller than I hoped. In hindsight I shouldn’t have expected too much for a hotel gym. There were treadmills and weights of different sizes as well as three other weight / cardio machines. Ultimately, the gym was sufficient but not flashy( and this was fine). The staff were also pleasant. The cleaners, receptionists and driver were all nice. Kudos to the hiring team. The room was clean!! I can’t complain. Facilities were provided in the room such as hair driers, ironing board and iron, etc. When I return to Vegas, God willing, I will stay here again. It was not a crazy location and definitely close enough to where I needed to go. It was close to the airport and close to the strip. On average an Uber to the Las Vegas strip and locations on it ( one way) is $10- $12. For me, that wasn’t too bad. Uber price to the airport is also about $10-$12. Note that the Uber from the airport to the hotel might be costlier simply because of the demand for Uber by traveller. You’re better off ordering your Uber inside the airport before going to where the Ubers come in the airport rideshare garage pick up point.

The gym but I explained why above. It was just a personal preference for more gym equipment.

Friendly helpful reception staff and no wait to check in . Good clean comfortable room and bed. Small but nice pool with loungers and chairs, perfect for cooling off after walking the strip, which was a 20 minute walk away or $15 by uber or to Freemont area. Didn’t feel we missed out not staying on the Strip as went into the foyers of the main hotels to see the amazing decor and long check in lines.

Breakfast area was busy at certain times but wasn’t really a problem and always found a table
