Room was beautiful and clean. The security of the elevators was a benefit (scanning key for the floor). Lots of food choices in the area.

We did not like the extra resort fee added at the end of our stay. Parking is not free for hotel guests either. Trying to figure out how to get around was convoluted and tricky. we had a hard time finding what we were looking for.

Attending a conference at MGM grand, Singature was a great option for quick and easy access each day. Also not far from access to the strip

Our neighbouring room made a lot of noise between 2-4am each morning.

Loved the location, close to strip without having to endure the strip noise.

The beds were queen when I paid for a king size bed. I was told all suites have same size beds but if that was the case why was I given a choice upon booking the suite and why did i pay the difference when choosing a king suite?? Was not and I am not happy about that. When I'm asked about my experience I will be honest with my family and friends.

great location close to the strip, and also not too close. Perfect to escape the craziness of the strip and all the slot machines and come "home" in a room where there is space to relax, not just a bed and 2 chairs as in many hotels. The suite was clean, bed great and the jacuzzi a nice relaxing moment added to a very busy schedule. Delights is close by for a meal, only option we would have liked, it could be open longer, so we could have had diner there too. A huge plus for the stay during the F1 weekend (which was not planned like that) is that MGM gave us and more of our companions a room at Tower3, that over looked a part of the track. We enjoyed the race from the luxury of our room.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Full kitchen, living area, bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. More than I expected actually. The shower and jacuzzi tub had plenty of hot water. Elevators were fast and always available (You need to scan your room key to get to your floor) Housekeeping services were provided daily. I loved the location; easy access to the strip either by walking through the building to MGM Grand or out through the lobby to the street that borders Planet Hollywood. We also used the Monorail to meet some friends who were staying near the convention center. You can use the room key to access any of the MGM pools. I spent some mornings at the Signature pool which was quiet and had plenty of lounge chairs available. And another morning with friends at the larger pool by the MGM Grand.

I didn't realize that I had to request to have dishes, etc. brought up for the kitchen, but once I did they arrived within 5 minutes. I always love a room with a balcony and chose that over a room with a better view. But, there is no furniture on any of the balconies and also no furniture from the room that is easy to move out there. Also, it was pretty hot and windy on the 19th floor, so if I stay there again I will choose a room with a better view.

I ended up with a beautiful PH room. Room was clean, spacious and the bedding was very comfortable.

There was a young man at the front check-in desk that was rude. I asked him a couple of questions when I arrived and he acted like I was bothering him. My interaction with the people at "delights" was about the same. I utilized this eatery for breakfast each morning and both experiences were the same. They are not friendly and when asking a question they too acted like they were being bothered. I liked the hotel but was not impressed by the staff. I would probably consider trying another hotel for my next trip.

Check in emails, texts, and getting the room keys with the Kiosk made everything easy, no waiting in line. The room is clean. Because we stayed for 3 nights with kids' stuff all over the room, we didn't want the room to be cleaned, so we asked for towels every day instead. They always came in a reasonable time. We had TV remote issues but the guy came right up and fixed it in no time. The location is great that you can pretty much walk a while through the air-conditioned tunnels within MGM until you have to go out to the heat. Signature is not part of the casino part which you don't get the smokey smell, but still part of MGM and get to use lazy river and all the MGM pools. Last time when we stayed here we had a really bad experience because our next door was a bunch of people renting for a party and loud music and people in and out/door slamming all night long. They ended up not charging us for the resort fee but the overall experience was not pleasant. But this time around, no party people next door, everything was great.

If I really have to pick on something, I think the bed started getting a little sunk in. Maybe check the beds and replace/renew some of them?

The room size, cleanliness, efficiency of check-in and check-out, and complimentary water.

Although the room had a kitchenette, there was no kettle to boil water, no mugs, glasses, or similar items. When I approached the staff with a request to provide mugs, glasses, and a kettle, I was refused. They only had disposable cups available. This was despite the notice in the room stating that everything was available and could be requested by calling room service. There was a clear discrepancy between what was advertised and the actual situation.

Great hotel with a nice bedroom and quality bedding. A pool is available, as well as a fitness center and a bar that opens in the evening. Also worth noting that the hotel is located about 15 minutes away from the strip. Check-in/out process was flawless.

As everything and everywhere in Sin City, I hate the fact that even the water in the bedrooms are $10 a piece, that's just despicable and greedy. I came the same week as the EDC festival which was happening next to the hotel, so it was quite noisy during the night, but nothing they can about. Outside of that, the hotel was pretty quiet. Happy for whoever enjoyed that EDC happening that night.

Distance from main MGM hotel and strip (felt like 1/4 mile) no automated walkways. In the suite there were no glasses, dishes or cutlery not even disposable so for a suite was odd
