very accommodating and friendly staff!

Our sink was somewhat clogged and then the room next to us must have been having similar issues so when the maintenance man was fixing it it caused black stuff to come out of our sink twice. but they did give us a gift certificate the first time. We also had requested late checkout weeks in advance and ultimately weren’t able to get it.

Access to fitness center and great restaurants (MGM Grand) without going out of the building.

Proximity to the strip (required lots of walking).

The room was clean, spacious, quiet, oh so comfortable, and with a view of The Signature's pool. We prefer a room away from casinos and crowds, so this room was perfect. This resort is within easy walking distance to the MGM Grand's restaurants and casino.

My only complaint is that there were no device charging ports in the room. I only brought one charging block so it was little inconvenient. Otherwise, no issues at all.

Friendly, accommodating staff/property owner. Communicative/responsive property owner! Pretty clean & lots of storage room. Lots of lighting. Black out curtains. Smoke free.

Difficult to open the balcony door & had some minor needed cleanups (some greasy prints on cupboards & water still in ice bucket). Other than that, it was clean!

Location of the condo was great, wish I had known it was on a very low floor, but the Condo was well maintained.

The Television controls were confusing and no narrative to explain what/how to get stations, etc.

We loved our entire stay even the baggage being held for us after we checked out. Our room was roomy and clean. It also provided all essentials needed for our stay. The outside provided a warm fireplace by the pool.

There was one hair in the tub. I always wipe down a jacuzzi before I get in. I found a hair but otherwise it was clean.

Location, room size, convenience items, free valet, no resort fee, comfy.

valet was swamped at check in, a real nightmare but they “made it right”. not thrilled with the maid service, very limited.

Quick valet service! + it's free! Room is clean, well located! Owner is very accomodating and responds in a very timely manner! The 3 night stay was totally worth it!

The receptionist did not inform us that the lazy river will be closed on the very day that we planned to enjoy it (due to a bar construction)! 😑 and we were already flying out the next day.

The property was beautiful, staff was wonderful, check in and out was smooth. Valet parking was excellent.

Everything was amazing! The room was huge and clean. The bed was super comfortable and the spa tub was awesome!
