Best rest I've had in a while. The whole bathroom was awesome the jacuzzi bed the glass shower the private bathroom with lots of six days plenty of time that's one of my quirks so I enjoyed the towels the kitchen was so cute wish my trash can was a little bigger but still cute the refrigerator was amazing the stove was amazing the dishes the silverware was amazing the table the lighting the the alarm clock that came with already available charging plugs in case you lost yours or I didn't have yours didn't expect that that was amazing the desk with the extra drawers was amazing the window views from my room and the patio was amazing I forgot I could call for help but the place was so well stop with all I needed I have no complaints it will be my go to place if I return again oh and the even help you get taxis or lips and Ubers wait the pool was amazing anyway back to the room the room was awesome every inch of it was awesome the couch was comfortable the coffee table was nice it already had extra pillows and towels thank you guys

Well since I created all the trash I really can't complain about the trash can it's a decent size under the sink so there's nothing that I didn't like

This was our second time staying at the Signature. We really liked the size of the apartment, the amenities and the location. Being able to choose whether or not I walk through a casino to leave the hotel is definitely a plus. Even though it is located close to the strip the grounds have a calm peaceful feel about them that we really appreciate. For the most part, the apartment was in great shape. We loved having a kitchen, balcony, separate living space and 2 bathrooms.

There were a few things things that were a little worn and the bed needs some attention. It appears there has been some water damage to the ceilings in the bathrooms which is not unusual for a high-rise. But whoever did the repairs could have done a better job aesthetically. The boxspring is broken or does not stay on the frame and the mattress sagged in the middle because of it. It was comfortable enough, but not quite what I would expect for the price.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. It was a very nice stay. The staff at the property was friendly and helpful.

I wish I had known ahead of time that if I moved my vehicle after the initial check-in that I would not be allowed to park at the property again but instead would have to use the MGM public parking which was about a 10 to 12 minute walk from the property.

The property was very beautiful and it wasn’t on the strip but extremely close. We also had a balcony with a million dollar view. Having a full kitchen was an added bonus as we could buy groceries and make some meals in our space and also store leftovers from restaurants and adequately reheat them. Additionally, having access to the MGM Grand pool complex was amazing. The prices for drinks might have been a little high but nothing compares with having a lazy river right down the elevator from your room.

There were a few nights where the valet was full, meaning we had to turn around and park at a different property - the MGM Grand self-parking lot. Now, I never had to pay for parking but because I was not aware this might happen and because the lot was about a 10 minute walk, I was a little put off. Had I know prior, I probably wouldn’t have cared.

Security is great. Ron at Valet at Tower 1 is great!!! Thanks for parking our big red truck from WA! Check-in easy. Room is fabulous, large with balcony and great having 2 bathrooms. The room is clean & comfortable, it just needs a bit of maintenance (broken tile, loose wallpaper, fridge & microwave light bulbs burnt out but I am sure they take a beating in this town. I would stay again & recommend to others.

The unit was spectacular! So spacious and had everything we needed. Beautiful view from the balcony. Super comfy bed. Actually enough hot water to enjoy the jacuzzi tub. Being slightly off the strip was peaceful, but also convenient to have walkway and access to other pools and main casino.

Pool at Towers 1 was closed. Have to purchase tubes for the lazy river.

We liked how you could walk through the towers to get to Starbucks and MGM. Also the proximity to a 24 hr CVS was helpful. The room design and amenities were perfect. Friendly staff and free valet was a great bonus. Quick check in and check out process was much appreciated. We loved the views from the windows and balcony.

Room could use some updating. Our bedspread was literally a duvet with a flat sheet on top. Broken handrail in the elevators that sat for days. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion bottles were used and left for us, luckily we brought our own. Carpets and couch could use some updating too.

This was a spacious, well-stocked, and well-maintained apartment. It was quiet, comfortable, and had everything we needed during out stay. There is a walkway which connects to the MGM and the monorail, which is quite nice when it's over 100 degrees outside. We would definitely stay again!

There were enough trash cans everywhere to keep the place clean. Also the Staff were/are Amazing!!!!!!! The room was great and quiet I could not hear any neighbors.

Some items were missing like flatware..there was one fork and minimal dish detergent.

We loved the view from the balcony, the extra sofa bed, the ample space, and location.

There was molding food sitting in the broken garbage disposal in the kitchen. The second shower was broken. The jacuzzi tub jets were broken as well and didn't work.
